Great taste, filthy restaurant. Not busy midweek. Tables and floors sticky. Mop water needs changing. Food all over floors and walls. Condiments counter in need of attention especially under drink dispensers. Handles broken. Neon Freddy's sign letters burnt out. Prep counters with trash and food stuffs everywhere. Staff were friendly especially Arayana. Bathrooms dirty.
Salty and soggy. The fries were so salty I couldn't even eat them. Move yo the burger and the bottom bun was so soggy that it fell apart and was completely inedible. So disappointing. Went from three stars on my first experience to a solid one star now. I should have gotten a hot dog instead. Wast of money today.
Had some rewards to use. I generally like Freddy's rewards program. When I got to the window I was informed their rewards program wasn't working but that I could submit my points in the app... so I did.. my points never updated so I reached out via email to their rewards email address. Which they informed me that their entire system is down until they update the app in MAY and won't be able to honor my purchase. So it was basically a waste of time and money visiting a Freddy's location.
I had a jalapeño steak burger today and ordered a Chicago dog for starters the steak burger taste like a pieces grilled charcoal over cooked burnt the bun was folded in half, and the hotdog wasn’t even cooked it was served cold on a bun not even close to being warm felt like it was taken right out of the cooler. This is the last time I’m ever eating at this place.
Amazing food, we got someone elses order and didn't realize it till we were at our next destination but the food we did get was really good.
I love the fries here. They have different flavors of sauce for dipping and mine had a mild jalapeño flavor. Their burgers are good, and service is always quick.
Went thru the drive thru tonight and was thru the line in under 10 minutes. Food was good and fresh and staff was super friendly. Microphone on the drive thru worked well too and I had no problems hearing them, or placing my order. Great job!
Fast service. Good food except the fries were incredibly greasey. Polite workers.
Love the steak burger and the California Burger. We'll be trying all the rest but they are at the top of my list for good burgers. Not a big fan of the shoestring fries. But everything else is great
Food was good, drive up line was long. I typically don't do drive up, this is why. I prefer to go inside, place my order, sit & wait. Can't justify sitting in a line with a bunch or running cars!
