Food is always delicious. But for some reason you cannot get in contact with the store via phone. I have tried calling 10 times regarding my order and I get a Verizon answering machine saying my call cannot be placed

I had the Italian and it was an amazing price with the 6.99 promo!! It was scrumptious and hot would HIGHLY recommend.

I tried to place an app order twice but the app was glitching. I called in a large order. I was greeted by the most pleasant young man! I came in to the store to get the drinks and pick up the food, and the entire team there was simply amazing. Great hustle, great customer service, they got the order for my family of 7 ready in minutes, everything was correct, and they were polite. I hope the store manger reads this and gives these teens a raise and uses them as a training example: Tony, Ryan, Alicia, and Kara. Thanks for making my night (after a rough day)!
We've been there many times now, enough to say we enjoy it. It's consistent, and overall good. Occasionally the workers can seem a bit unhappy, but other times they're happy and friendly.I always get the Pizza Meatball, which they put pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and onions on a normal meatball sub. It's excellent!!!My biggest complaint is the shop always seems a bit dirty. Never enough to stop us from showing up, and we do see the workers wash their hands which is important, but the floor and soda machine for example is always a bit gross to touch or look at.
Yes, the food is decent here, however, I don't think there has been one time that our order was correct. They do have challenges with customer service. For example, a sandwich was made incorrectly with the toppings and the toasting of it. When it was brought to their attention, they said..." we can give you a cookie for free if you want to drive back. Otherwise, sorry. Once you leave the store with the sandwich there is nothing we can do." So, lesson is... check all your subs before you go!
"They are just kids" - MOD.One week ago on 5/20/22 I ordered two subs. We paid, waited, and were handed both subs in a bag. Walked outside, got in the car, one of the employees comes out and approaches car to say, "We gave you the wrong sub" switched it out.We left and got home discovering the 2nd sub was completely wrong. I called and informed them of the error, then I went back to get the new sub. They again made the wrong sub and now I had to wait longer.Now that we have had multiple mistakes, I asked the employee what they did with the sandwich they originally took back. His response was he threw it out. Knowing it was only 20 minutes ago, I asked to see the sandwhich. The MOD looked through each trash can, and as I thought the employee lied to me. Someone right here in Castle Rock, was provided and ate the sandwich that we took into the car and opened.Extremely unsanitary for the sub to not have been thrown out. All the MOD could say is "they are just kids". Yes, they are kids... but they work in a food business and sanitary safety should be top of mind. Obviously the leadership at this location is very inadequate and let's the kids do whatever they want.If you don't mind me putting my face in your food, continue to eat here. I will never go back to this location given how wrong this transaction went.Also, icing in the cake... when I had first walked in to order the subs originally, they all were saying how Jersey Mike's is better than firehouse - We actually talked about it with them.After calling a week ago and sharing feedback with corporate asking the franchise owner calls, crickets.Bad bad management. ?
Nina is extremely rude for zero reason. I dont know how people work for such a mean worthless person. 3 people on the line and all she did was walk around with another person doing absolutely nothing. Get her out before you have no employees left. All the staff did was complain the whole time. They had 3 customers and i still waited 25 minutes for one sandwich
