This place is amazing. Fresh food, excellent flavor great margaritas and great service. We will be back.
Service was excellent. Chips were warm and salsa was delicious -- a little kick but not too much. The food was hit or miss. The fajitas were good, the rice was good, the guacamole was good. The chile relleno and cheese enchilada were not good.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section of the menu.Kid-friendliness: Staff was great with kids. There is a kids' menu. Water for little kids was put in a plastic cup with lid and straw.Parking: Plenty of parking.
Good food and service, a little pricey but serving sizes are pretty big and they give you a lot of meat. Food took awhile but we got a second round of free, fresh chips while we waited which made up for it (the menu says you only get one serving of chips for free). It wasn't busy at all even for a Sunday at lunch.
Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food is fine. We ordered several dishes from the lunch menu which werea great deal. They were well prepared no complaints.

El Meson is exceptional and has the best Mexican food in Castle Rock…plus the staff and family owners are great!
Edit: Everytime we come here, I feel like I need to leave a new review to tell everyine how AMZING the food is. Igor is an awesome person and the food is delicious. We are moving away, and this will be the place I miss THE MOST to come eat. We will always come back when we are in town.It is always a treat to come here. The food is AMAZING and every one is always so nice and welcoming. They will have my business for as long as they are there.
