All the stars!!!! Paige is knowledgeable, friendly and professional!!!! This Taco and tequila bar is hands down a must visit! Each bite was scrumptious!!!! Fresh!!!!! And just so much Yummmmmm!

Paige was beyond fantastic! Not only did she have a wonderful personality, but she brought forth wonderful food/drink recommendations and shows exemplary customer service skills. The house margarita with the jalapeño was a top recommendation from her and I would definitely recommend! Please do yourself a favor and check out Dos Santos and demand you ask for Paige! Absolutely stellar service and wonderful person! The food was delicious, the drinks where amazing and Paige made the first experience memorable! Will definitely come back just for her!

You can't beat this place. Everything is so fresh. Salsa flight is amazing. House margaritas taste amazing and the great scratch tacos are to die for. I would highly recommend. Great service to boot.

We went to Dos Santos for lunch and they had a limited brunch menu. We had two tacos, tinga chips, two margaritas, chips and salsa. Our bill with tip ended up being $76. That’s too expensive and I typically hate paying for chips and salsa but to pay $2 extra to get another 4 ounce bowl is stupid. The food was fine and service was good which is the only reason for a 4 star review. My suggestion is to not charge for extra salsa or chips and bring the price down to $3.00 and have all your tacos available after noon.

Went in for one quick drink and ended up having the best 3 drinks and tacos! Highly recommend the OMFG (tuna) Tacos!! Conner was our bartender and he was so personable and welcoming. Made our whole experience that much better. Fun vibe with high quality food and drinks.

Excellent flavor, variety of menu choices, artistic plating, good attention to detail. Glad to see street tacos hitting the Castle Rock food scene!! Chips are made in house and are not too thick or thin. Yummy salsas! Energetic vibe and

Best Mexican food I have had inside the States! Ingredients are high quality and so clean. Every dish was beautiful, felt like we were on vacation.

I really want to love this place. I can tell there is love put into their food, their ingredients, and their drinks. That being said, the prices are absolutely astronomical. Someone next to me ordered a draft beer and it was $9. Yikes. My husband and I went to brunch and each had one taco, shared an appetizer of guacamole, two margaritas, along with a small neat pour of a decent tequila. Our bill after tip was $150, including a $5 kitchen appreciation fee — you can easily go to Tribe across the street for a really fancy meal and spend around that or less. The prices on the check were approximately a dollar more on each than what was listed on the menu, too. We didn’t battle for it but that felt a bit shady. It seems like these are Denver prices in a still growing suburb and I’m afraid I can’t visit as much as I would like because there’s just so many more reasonable and delicious options around. La Loma is honestly more cost effective, portions are bigger, and the experience is totally different and much more worth it. Hopefully Dos Santos can adjust because I’d love to see them make it!

First impression all the seating is uncomfortable. Secondly we had three different waitresses none of which were speedy or good. There is no beer or wine on happy hour menu—or at least it’s not listed. The Happy Hour prices are the cost of a regular cocktail elsewhere. The Chicken Tinga chips on the Happy hour were good to great. The Squash Bombs appetizer was great. The quesadillas are huge. The street tacos were okay. We had 6 different ones. Best were the classic crunchy and the mushroom with griddled Cotija cheese. It’s overpriced at best. $122 for dinner with only two alcoholic drinks. Very small menu with very big prices. This locale is not on par with La Loma but there prices are. Love to support local but needs improvement.

one of the BEST places! so grateful they have one in castle rock now. it’s been super busy since opening, but the wait is worth it because the food is phenomenal and the drinks are incredible! everything is made from scratch and you can definitely tell! i tell everyone to come here!!!! get the basil shot if you’re feeling wild
