I e ordered a few times from here and would say it's not my favorite. There ok, could be better. And always carryout delivery tips themselves. And they don't drive the best routes. Do like that you can GPS and watch the driver!

This location is now on par with the Papa John's Castle Rock location. Both managed to not deliver my order and talking to the manager got me nowhere. All I got was a bunch of excuses. I tried to find the corporate number, but could not locate what number to call. It is sad how bad customer service is these days. If I lost orders or gave bad service to customers at my job I would lose my job.
This is the second time in a row that my pizza came to me cold after 75 minutes! I had to call each time and was given the run around on why my pizza was so late and cold. I have learned my lesson and will not order from here again.
tried to add on some food to my order and they refused, even when the order was placed a couple minutes prior. With an outrageous $6 delivery charge I was quite surprised to realize that they wouldn’t do this. The young women on the phone was quite rude as well. I know this wont prevent many people from ordering, but the way they treat their customers should be worked on
The pizza was okay. Not great, bit it was okay. FINDING this place was NOT easy. By the time I figured out where it was, my pizza was cold. I wasn't impressed. The price was great. But that's about it.
Don't even bother ordering from this dominos. Not only are they rude, unhelpful but just completely incompetent. After being told my order would be ready for pick up in 30 mins and waiting another hour and half. Then having the staff treat me terribly for questioning what was taking so long. I will never be back and would recommend you do the same. We need better options and customer service in castle rock. Grown women acting like teenagers at this location.
My bread twist were not tasting fresh. My pizza was made wrong... Couldn't use my $3 coupons on my order didn't have change for larger bill. Was just all around a unsatisfactory day.
Cant beat the value of this Pizza chain. Large 3 topping pizza for less than $10. Large selection of crusts and toppings.
According to pizza tracker, my order sat on a counter in the store for 25 minutes before leaving. Needless to say my pizza was just warm by the time it got here.
This place used to be a great option in town. The last 2 times I ordered using the app it has taken 90 minutes at least to get my pizza. I get it, staffing shortages. The problem is my pizza sits for an hour after it is made waiting for a delivery driver. My pizza showed up Cold last night. Dominoes has also started adding delivery fees, after tip and everything 2 pizzas, a 2 liter, and some parmesan garlic bites totalled up to $50. Good luck guys, but twice in a row? We won't be coming back.
