I don't understand what's wrong with this DQ. The ice cream is super melty when you get a blizzard. Also if you get a cone with sprinkles, they give you a cup of sprinkles instead of putting it on the cone.

When I drive through Castle Rock I always stop here to get their chocolate soft serve ice cream. The Dairy Queens in Colorado Springs only carry vanilla soft serve ice cream and the chocolate is so much better. Staff are friendly and patient and they get the food out pretty quickly.
Did the drive thru. They were quick and my food was still warm by the time I got home. The blizzards were melting but it was in the 90s so I didn't care to much.
Friendly service, but they don't make sundaes they way they used to when I was a kid. My "medium" strawberry sundae barely rose above the cup and was seriously lacking in strawberry sauce.
Chili dogs were excellent, french fries were lukewarm and a little soggy. Service was good and staff were all friendly pleasant. Dining room has recently been remodeled. The new post office has made traffic in the parking lot a little hectic.
Allergy Alert!!They fry fish in the same oil as their French fries. Aside from the danger of hurting or killing someone, the fries tasted disgusting.Worst fry experience ever and not everyone can afford an epinephrine pen for every fast food mishap.Please don’t mix up the oils. I will not be eating here again until this issue is addressed.
I visited on a very busy Friday night. The woman at the counter was named Grace, and she was totally being swamped by guests. No matter what she held her composure, and she was so kind, to every person, despite the situation. Kindness goes a long way, it was quite impressive. You never know what someone is going through. That made my day.
Service was friendly & quick. The food was fresh and delicious, and as always, the ice cream was perfect. The Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard was super tasty, and had a strawberry core. It was insanely good.
Easy in and out. The young man at the window was super nice with fast service. I love this Dairy Queen.
I went through the drive through, the food was good however my bag was missing napkins, forks , ketchup etc... I ordered a chili dog though ? ?
