Im almost 40 and went to a Culver's for the first time. The food was amazing! I didn't expect much for fast food, but I was really surprised! And the ice cream, WOW! It was so good. The staff were also very, very nice. There were younger people working there that just seemed so incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely go back!
Normally it's fast and quick. This time only a few cars in line and one couple in front of me. When I walked in to the dinning room. I walked up to the counter half hour after I ordered. They noticed and said something so I sit back down and 15 to 20 minutes later still nothing. Walked up to the counter again. And 10 minutes more they got me my food. But the manager gave me a couple vouchers and my wife loves the favorite of the day.
Only one register open and it being run by an older lady and she was quick!!!!! She moved the line so efficiently yet seemed to give personalized service. I had to wait longer for my food (my husband had finished his meal by the time mine arrived) than I waited in line behind 2 large groups.I was impressed with her knowledge and customer service.
Mr. Carlton (I hope I spelled that correctly, Sir), is one of the best managers I’ve experienced. You can tell he loves his job, the people he works with, and his customers. I overheard him praising his staff for their hard work during the lunch rush. He also takes the time to serve his customers himself. Not only was the food great, but I’d go back because he runs a very clean and delightful business. Thank you Mr. Carlton!
Did you know they sell a family size cheese curds!!!!! only got the family size cause the drive-through worke couldn't explain the size so I had to check it out..... huge totally worth it... Culver's just got moved to my top 3 restaurant's to eat when traveling for the kids sports workers where awesome and kind..... can't beat that!
Culvers is an evolved vision of what faster food should be. The menu favors burgers and sandwiches, but other offerings are available as well. Food is brought to the table by servers, typically five or six minutes after one orders. Everything is hot and fresh--and very tasty.
Their burgers were phenomenal they tasted so fresh and so good. But they failed to give me all of my burgers and drink so I had to go back. But still so worth 4 stars for sure. ??
Had a horrible experience here today. Did not receive the correct order, had to ask 3 times for the driv thru worker to speak up because we could not hear a word they were saying and instead of being given a mint concrete I got 2 scoops of vanilla custard with a side of mint syrup in a separate cup. Also ordered a cup of vanilla custard with chocolate cake pieces and got brownies instead. Went back in asked them to remake it and they would not.
Dear Manager/Owner. When you 1st opened food was great, then the burgers became smash burgers, paper thin and not much there. They look nothing like what is shown on menu. I don't know if that's how your supplier is sending them to you or if you are making one into two to reduce costs. So we switched to Pork Tenderloins, they were good at first, the last two times, one tasted very old and the last ones we got we extremely tough and chewy. We have really liked Culver's in the past and at other locations. Something has gone very awry here....very disappointing.
I would choose a negative 10 if possible. Parents be aware, we went through the drive through for a plain burger last night. Jan. 16 2022, I have been up with sick toddler (very little burger digested) as the 3rd bite was rejected as gross. I tasted it and it was soo salty and disgusting. I could not even imagine or entertain what might've happened during preparation ?. My baby threw up the burger later tonight- as I am still up, making sure he is okay. This is really gross and sad that people don't consider who they are actually serving. Shame on you, get a different job if you don't like the one you are doing. Disgusting ?
