Wow! The cookies were massive and absolutely delicious!!! My favorite was the fruit cookie with a lemony icing. The other favorites among us were the marshmallow cookie and the oreo! Yum! Will definitely return in the future. They even deliver for a fee too. Check them out!
Love these cookies but if you want your loyalty points you may want to enter your own phone number instead of letting them enter it for you. They incorrectly entered mine tonight and I didn't get credit for my order. I tried calling the store but they said since the transaction was already done they couldn't do anything about it. Not a big deal just a little disappointed.
Honestly we bought more but everyone ate them before I could get a picture. These cookies are pretty to look at and delicious.
These are literally the BEST cookies. I love how easy it is to use the app and the fact they deliver!! I also love that they change their menu weekly, even when i am craving a certain cookie, they always have something just as good to try.
Yes, the cookies are good. But at $4-$6 a cookie I have a hard time believing they will last. Think yogurtland circa 2010, minus the good price.
This place is absolutely amazing! The cookies are pure perfection, especially the lemon. But most importantly of all, the staff is incredible!! Zander and Megan were so professional, patient, and fun to speak with. They helped us decide which cookies to order and are obviously hard workers, as the place was so clean it was absolutely spotless! We will definitely return!
I placed an online order 1 hour in advance for curbside pickup. When I arrived I waited 15 min in my car and watched 5 groups walk in and out with their cookies. I decide to walk in, instead of wait for curbside pick up and when I got in they hadn’t even addressed my order! Then when they finally got to mine, they had the whole order wrong. They didn’t even attempt to make the situation right. A horrible experience for $80 in cookies. I won’t be back.
I am VERY disappointed and concerned about the costumer service at the castle rock location. Although the cookies were decent, I lost my appetite before even receiving my 4-pack box of cookies. Not only were they snobby to the other costumers in the store as well as myself, but the lack of disrespect towards all of the other staff members was sickening. I was so close to standing up for one of the employees whom was being talked down on, as well as talked badly about behind her back. The employee seemed like she was a manager of some sort if not, a supervisor. She was the only employee who was respectful and will probably be the ONLY reason i would return to this location. I mean come on, teens these days!!
Best cheat on the weekends! Menu changes every week so don't always get them, but hard to resist trying new Flavors!
Service was kinda weird, passive aggressive vibe as one of the representative slid the box of cookies to me. There was kinda a weird urge to hurry up and get out of the store (felt slightly rushed) wasn't overly impressed with the service I received at this location.
