Don't go there on a Saturday evening. Full of teenagers that don't want to work and the rock music is so loud that you can barely understand your own words. Lay time I spend money there.
I’ve cream was delicious as usual. The associate who helped me was awesome. I felt bad for him as there were 2 other associates who did some other duties, but didn’t help him with customers who backed up behind me
I had pre-ordered a cake that wasn’t able to turn out the way that I had ordered it, a gentleman named Danny helped me. He was kind helped me find a solution and the cake looks absolutely beautiful, my husband loves Coldstone cakes and we get them every year! This one did not disappoint. Danny has excellent customer service skills, is kind, and efficient, so much so that I felt compelled to leave this review and let you know how awesome he is!
The 2 guys working were friendly and helpful. The ice cream is always yummy just wish it wasn't so expensive, lol
Facility was filthy; walked in at opening time and it was clearly NOT cleaned from the prior day.

The workers here are so great. They are friendly and work quickly. I've ordered online for pickup on multiple occasions and they've always gotten my custom order perfect.Updated: Still 5 stars. I have only good things to say about this place! They now have almond milk ice cream for the dairy intolerant.
The ice cream was extremely good! The prices were a bit high but, I guess that is why I don't frequent as much as I would like.
