I got a steak bowl with extra steak, white rice, mild salsa, sour cream (missing) and extra cheese. I also got chips and queso. The extra steak was $4 by itself. And in total I paid over $21 bucks and I got 15 chucks of steak that were well done! And I didn’t ask for lettuce (see picture). Chipotle has become the biggest rip off. I no longer support your brand.

This place is a JOKE. Like a lot of other Castle Rock restaurants, it seems to be employed exclusively by high school aged children who couldn't care less about the quality of the food that comes out of it. The meat is often over seasoned and undercooked, the work station is sloppy with the ingredients all spilling into each other and somehow even the chips are nearly inedible with the insane amount of salt dumped on them each time. And somehow they are always SUPER stingy about the portions, even if you order extra. I love Chipotle so I've given this place 5 - 6 tries just to find each experience to be worse than the last. Couldn't even take more than 2 bites of my last burrito. Chicken is god awful and it's the best meat there. Don't bother. Just got my last refund from this dump, never going back.

0 stars. This location is a mess. I waited in line tonight for 30 min. The employees acted like they didn’t want to be there and they could have cared less that the line was wrapping around to the opposite side of the restaurant. The girl at the register put my food in someone else’s bag and had to run after the family that was in front of me to get my food. After I paid, I told the cashier and the young man standing next to her that I waited in line for 30 min. They just stood there and gave me the deer in headlights look so I just turned around left. We won’t be back to this location.

We placed an order using DoorDash, the delivery was fine but our entire order was messed up. The ticket was correct but our food was wrong on one of the bowls and the second bowl was only filled halfway. Considering I paid extra for double steak, I would’ve hoped they followed through seeing as it’s an extra $6. We usually go to chipotle in person and even still have horrible experiences. The staff is ALWAYS rude.

I am so bummed to have to post this but we have had such horrible experiences here. There is absolutely no quality control when it comes to online orders (items missing, ingredients completely wrong, food ice cold when it arrives 45+ minutes late). I get that times are tough right now but with options so limited in this area, we should be able to rely on chains like this for consistency. Especially considering rising costs, we should be able to maintain a sense of normalcy knowing there are larger quality controls in place (one would assume?). I know my family considered, we will be frequenting Qdoba (and spend much less money might I add).

The reviews are quite right. Sadly this chipotle has let us down the last few times. It needs new management. The quality of the food is bad, the employees are messing around, and my online orders have been wrong on multiple occasions. Just be aware everyone.It might be worth making the drive out of town.

i absolutely love chipotle but this location was awful. employees were not nice & barely listened. they were SUPER stingy with how much they gave you so i ended up w a bowl barely half way filled up. also, i got sour cream on the side, & when i opened it to eat it, it was extremely chunky and filled with other things like clumps of cheese and tomatoes. yikes

After vowing to never go to this chipotle again I told my wife we should give it one more try. Tonight I stood in line and could not believe what I saw. The place is absolutely disgusting. The service line counter top was covered with food. Back where they cook all of the meat and other ingredients it was absolutely atrocious. There was old food everywhere. I got up to order and I couldn’t do it. I decided to turn around and leave. I’m so disappointed. I’ll be traveling up to the Chipotle off of Lincoln and I-25 fromnow on.

I have been to dozens of different chipotle’s over the years and I think this one is the worst. Every time I have been in they have messed up something. I typically do delivery or online orders so expect every so often for them to messed up or even just off each time but this Chipotle messes it up big time every time. Tonight for example I order a full size chicken quesadilla, salsa, rice, and sour cream. I got absolutely no chicken and only about half the amount of rice. My second order was a kids quesadilla and I selected chicken with beans and rice. The chicken was not on the quesadilla and the beans were missing completely. It is so disappointing. Also every time I have gone into the store the staff is so rude. Chipotle has been one of my favorite fast casuals for years but this Castle Rock one is horrible.
