Just had the grilled chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich. I have to say I think this will be my absolute LAST visit to chili’s. The bun was stale, the avocado was brown, the sandwich was cold and the fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that has never been changed. Extremely disappointing, especially for the prices they charge these days.

Quality of the food was average at best. Why they can't come up with decent salsa and fresh chips is beyond me. The location has an overall aura of mustiness and uncleanliness. On the positive side the service was shockingly good. I received otherwise in these trying times. The prices weren't bad either. If you like Chili's I would skip this location and go to the one up the street on Lincoln.

I was surprised at how busy they were at 1:30 in the afternoon. The poor host was wearing a boot yet he was moving around quite quickly and taken care of everything. Our waitress was incredible she and was spot on; refilled our drinks even before we knew we needed refills. Our food came out quite fast and even though my husband and I split a burger we got our own yummy container of fries! It's just those little extra things that make an overall meal become a great meal!

Great food and great service. My boneless chicken wings came out almost cold but the plate they were on was very warm…weird. But they fixed the problem with a fresh order of wings and took the cost of my bill. Very happy and we will return frequently!

Me and my wife never got our food. While everyone around us received their food before us. Even though we were seated before them. Not just one table but 4 group got their food before us. Maybe it was because we are black. That’s how it felt. Make sure you are the right color eating at this chili. Waiter never came and said anything. My wife had to speak with the bar tender to get help at our table.

While the hostess wasn't at their place at rhe door and it took quite some time to get seated, the food was ok. While my meal wasn't consistently warm, it was bad. Need reliable staff at the entrance and kitchen staff to make sure food is thoroughly cooked all the way through.

I just like to say that this place is gross, disgusting, sticky, stinky and extremely poor cleaning.Good FoodGood serviceAmazing serverGood atmosphereBUT UNFORTUNATELY ? really dirty place.??if I can see all this in this areas I can imagine how could be in the areas that I cannot see.

Got our chips salsa and “queso” which looked and smelled like bean dip, the chips were all crumbs. She took it all back said she was boxing up our chips and salsa and left it sitting on top of some table never got it back still got charged for both chips and queso that we didn’t even get to eat. Ordered my steak medium well, it was rare but never once were we checked on to see if everything was okay. Asked for multiple ranches when we got our food, didn’t get a single one. Terrible food and service. I had to go up to the front to ask for the manager to come talk to us and waited 15 more minutes and he never came out to talk to us even though I was told he was just in the back. Do not come here. Worst Chili’s I’ve been too. Also your parking lot is so icy my 5 year old just slipped and fell so hard we’re on our way to the er to make sure her tailbone isn’t broken. So many issues with this location.

Chili’s is usually my “go to easy meal” but I think its time to throw in the towel. To be upfront, last take out visit that I made there they left out a side item. I called and the manager was VERY nice. They offered a SIGNIFICANT gift card and I was very appreciative. So I tried again tonight. I placed an order at 430pm for a pick up time of 6pm. I arrived and put in the pick up number of parking spot 5 after about 15 minutes the kind associate Dustin came up and asked my name I told him and said I had a gift card to use. He came out with the food and the card reader but it was a code. So I wrote it down and we went from there. He was VERY kind and handled everything even after some tech glitches. I didn’t leave the pickup until 634pm though. When I got home( I live about 6 minutes away) i opened my box to find a very small and overcooked steak and 6-8 pieces of broccoli (small for an order I would think) I cut into the steak sure enough it was well done when I had asked for medium(I did that with the intention that I would give the restaurant some lead way that it would be lightly overcooked towards the “medium well” side. Sadly it was tough even before I had to reheat it in the microwave. I went to the Kipling location in Littleton for years and never had issues. It’s almost worth driving there just so I know Ill get better quality. Thankfully the salsa still tastes fine…See attached photos for reference.

I have never experienced such horrible service. I ordered. $15 dollar salad and when I received it wrong I was put on hold for 20 minutes and never once was did I have any empathy from the employees (talked to three different people) about my order being wrong. Though I had the order still on my screen and could see what I had placed they only stated they didn’t see that on my order. This is not the first time I have encountered service like this here but this is definitely the last time. The service is definitely below average and customer service is no where.
