I've stopped in this Chikfila a couple times and there have been problems with my order every time. The people were nice and made sure to fix the mistakes but not one of the best Chick-fil-As...and I'm a big Chick-fil-A fan

BEST CHICK-FIL-A place in-town. The food nice and hot, order out on time, place was very clean for a fast food place (bathrooms were very clean). But the customer service was great. My cousin order a chocolate shake on accident. When the food came out he forgot it was a strawberry shake he wanted. He spoke with a cashier William who was very nice and was able to change his order. Thank you William-Vega Approved ✔️??

Nathan was the nicest person I’ve ever encountered at any chick fil a location I’ve ever been to. Super welcoming, attentive and just overall friendly. This kind of costumer service is what truly makes us want to come back. Came here with a large party and everything we ordered was right. Great location!
For the 4th time it happens to me, I ask for a Spice Deluxe chicken sandwich and they give me a plain one. Not every day we have time to go back to the place to make a claim! Manager pay more attention to their employees so they can give 100% quality to the customer. Thank you!
Best fast food restaurant in Castle Rock. The staff, food, cleanliness, speed of service, accuracy and quality of the food is far above and beyond anything else we have in Castle Rock. This entire operation and store from top to bottom is amazing. Y’all set the bar extremely high for all the other competitors in the area. Thank you for always going above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy and that our orders are exactly what we asked for if not far better.
Can't really go wrong with Chick-fil-A but this one goes above and beyond. Great service, friendly staff and excellent food. The dining room is large and inviting.
