Got recommended to this restaurant by a few friends, I’m from the springs, let me just say I have found my new favorite restaurant the food is amazing, the team here probably best restaurant I’ve been to in castle rock the customer service is top notch, I saw a gentlemen I assume the owner/manager speaking with a few table and offering some samples and when he came to me offered my wife and I a sample was amazed at the service and did I say the food is great? You need to open one in the springs
My friend invited me to have dinner at this place. I read a few mix reviews from good and bad so I had to give it a try. I must say excellent restaurant. The customer service was excelente. The food was tasteful, fresh and AMAZING! -Vega Approved ✔️??
I eat at cava regularly. Usually my experience is amazing. Today I had a young man who while using the card couldn’t even build my bowl correctly and I had to remind him to put the right things in the bowl. This place it seems like need to be structured in a way where the employees concentrate on making the food rather then talking about getting in trouble or not with their coworkers.
Was doing a job in castle rock and had conversation with my client on good places to eat, she suggest cava We decided to give cava a go! Now my crew want to go nonstop!!! The place was clean line was out the door when we went but the line was moving quickly, the juices the lady on register recommends definitely quenched our thirst.. going to be doing more jobs in castle rock and excited to have lunch here!!
Fresh food. Amazing options. Friendly staff. It was our first time and the employee patiently walked us through building our own perfect bowl with his own awesome suggestions and add-ons. You should eat here.
I came into CAVA on Monday evening. I typically love eating at CAVA, however I had a very rude and nasty interaction with a young employee there. She was very rude taking my order and aggressive with me while I ordered. She also made my food very aggressively and acted very angrily towards me. As I shrugged off all that, i sat down to enjoy my dinner. While I ate I could hear this same person slam pans and bowls and talk in a loud, aggravating voice. She constantly gave me rude looks and mean faces while I ate. At this point I got up and left without even finishing my food. I have never had any outside interactions with this girl and have never seen her before. She wore this bandanna looking thing and had lots of jewelry on. I was super disappointed and disgusted with customer service, especially with this specific person.
Great food - terrible everything else. Employee competency in store, customer service (not if, but when orders are screwed up), pricing, delivery process, ability to reach the store directly (they’ve literally never picked up the phone or called back after leaving a voicemail)…I could go on. I was sooooo stoked to have another Mediterranean option in Castle Rock, but I don’t think Cava will last long being as broken as it is currently.
My first time trying cava, and I’m a fan. I’ve now been back 3 times. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and it was clean. Love it! My one suggestion would be to bring back the normal soda machine -not a fan of the weird sodas.
First time here, had a bowl and tried the lamb meatballs. They were rare and bloody inside. I told the staff that I wasn't sure they were cooked all the way, and they brushed off my comment saying she had checked it herself and that they are supposed to be rare. It was very off-putting, and I did not eat the lamb meatballs. I was upset that I paid extra for them and she didn't address my concern and I couldn't eat part of my meal. Disappointed experience and will probably not return.
Super friendly staff the couple of times I've visited. Wife loves the food. I think it's OK, but I'm not a huge fan of feta or hummus, but a huge fan of a happy wife.
