First time here...the food was bland, the sauces had no flavor, drinks were watered down, 2.50 for 2 small scoops of guacamole is insane. Bathroom was flithy. Service was good that's all I can say. Never again.
Always the best customer service and food. This location has always been above and beyond for me. Tonight, they were so kind and grilled me up some steak 18 minutes before close because they ran out and words can’t explain how appreciative i am for them for always catering to my late night steak quesadilla cravings. They never complain that I come in so late, always honor their posted hours (which the qdoba next door doesn’t.) They always treat me with the upmost respect, always are professional, and the food is always amazing. I LOVE this location. AMAZING employees here, they deserve the world. I know customer service/food industry jobs are hard but they NEVER have a bad attitude and are always exceptional which I really appreciate. I work 13.5 hour shifts so I don’t get a chance to eat until after 9:30 pm and coming here to be served delicious food by people who don’t make me feel bad for coming in so close to closing time is truly phenomenal and means a lot to me so thank you guys for being so awesome!
I. Ame here with a friend and I have to say it was interesting to find a spot with this ma y customizable options. The food was decent and the prices were reasonable too. The staff was also courteous
Great food, terrible staffUpdate: April 2022I visited this place again and there seems to be a lot of positive changes made. Staff were a lot more friendly than the last time and food seemed to taste even better than it was before. I am glad to feel welcomed again at this place. Definitely coming back. Cafe Rio is my go to. I love this place. The food is fresh, tasty and there is a good variety. Make sure to use the reward app to enjoy freebies.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. I always get the barbacoa quesadilla. It's seriously good! They have a wide variety on their menu but I always tend to go back to the barbacoa because that's my preferred. My husband loves the steak and my daughter the vegetarian options for creating her own burrito, salad, or whatever she wants. Definitely worth it!
Decent food, overpriced a little. They give you a pathetic amount of guac for 2.50 extra. Staff service left something to be desired.Also, the to go order had no napkins or forks.
Always great quality, the family all enjoys it which is rare. Prices have gotten a lot higher unfortunately or we would eat there more often. It's sit down dinner prices now but fast food experience. Expect $12ish for a salad or burrito and then add on drink or snack.
We love this place only wish there was a location closer to us (Peyton). People are always friendly and so much yummy food for the price and the tiny kids eat free!
There is no better place to get fresh burritos, enchiladas, and bowls, of amazingly fresh ingredients concocted before your eyes!! They even go so far as to hand craft and cook their own flour tortillas at the beginning of the line. Should you choose a burrito, such as I did, you choose rice and or beans and your type of meat, sweet pork for me. Select your favorite degree of hot sauce, mild in my case, but you can get as hot as you like, add cheese, and then smother it enchilada style, for a small extra fee. That gives you more sauce on type and more cheese, and a pass through the grill to melt it all just perfectly. Finally top with veggies, and add Pico, guacamole, and/or sour cream if you wish, and you have your masterpiece. Pair with a freshly made tea or an ice cold soda and enjoy! If Cafe Rio was available as widely as Chipotle or Qdoba, the latter would be in big trouble. 10 Stars!!!
