Stay out of the burger business. Gave you guys a shot. Unwrapped the burger and it was a big sloppy mess. The sauce was all over the inside of the wrapper, all over the bun, the whole burger was smashed down, tomato and burger was soaked in sauce. This is a hilarious attempt at trying to copy In N Out. Barf!

Very disappointing. Napkin dispenser was empty, no ice in the ice machine, four employees working but very ineffectually. There was no sense of urgency even with eleven people waiting for food, it took over 15 minutes. One guy was doing bread inventory while three people were waiting for their order to be taken. Management needs to look hard at this team and retrain them.I was there on Thursday, May 26 at about 10 after 1:00pm.
To the young men working drive thru - thank you so much.You never really know the days when someone just needs a little extra kindness. You three have halos, as far as I'm concerned.
Great guy working at the drive through. He was so friendly I couldn't help thinking, that guy is going to get ahead in this world no matter what he does in his life. The reason for the 4 stars, they were out of Horsey sauce. They need to get it back, I won't be visiting there till they do!
Wow, we got coupons in the mail. We went to 2 different locations, could not get through the drive thru. 1st one was a 25 minute wait, 2nd one turned us away after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Assuming it's a help issue. Not a good experience.

Drive thru only, had a huge order in front of us. Ordered a number 11 took 16 minutes to come out to us. The curly fries if you could call them that was just tiny pieces of the bottom of the fryer. Sandwich had a 1in strip of swiss cheese in it and that was it and all the Turkey was on the other side. And the bread had red arby's sauce all over it. Very disappointed considering this location's history with great service.
One word. YUCK!!!! Awful food! My fries were cold!! We barely had any MEAT on our sandwichs!!! Isn't this company ALL about their meat?!?!? And I asked for no sauce on my sandwich and of course it came with sauce. Even their Coke-Cola is FLATT!! This place needs to get it together!! I wont be back. BYE!
I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich through drive thru. When I got home, it had lettuce, mayo and cheese but was missing the turkey and the bacon! Like what!
Had the diablo sandwich, it was pretty good but not as hot as I would've liked. The curly fries were decent. Their white cheddar mac and cheese is probably the best out of all the fast food restaurants
