Justin is the master waiter! He killed it on Wednesday evening being the only waiter we saw and as delt with the Avalanche fans and US after the win in OT in a professional manner thats bar none! Love that guy!!!

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and before the driver arrived the employees “three away my order” aka ate my order. I placed my order an hour before this location closed and a driver was not sent until 12 when they closed because they failed to notify the company that the food was ready. I called the restaurant and asked why the order was cancelled and they told me there was nothing they could do since they were closed. Tip for the restaurant: make sure you’re accurately timing when the food is prepared so that this doesn’t happen to someone else. Will not be ordering from here again.

Food was good and customer service was good! The soda was flat, even after getting a new selection it was still flat but, thank God for good beer choices!
The Applebee's on No. Academy in Colorado Springs last night was terrible. We ordered from the two for $24 menu which included an appetizer. The appetizer never appeared so the waiter said he would take it off the bill. The bill was not adjusted and in fact we were charged $27 for the 2 for $24 menu items. They made it right, but we wasted an additional 20 minutes getting the bill right.
Great service! Our server was friendly, responsive and checking on us just the right amount to make sure our glasses of water and Coke where filled.Only complaint was that the chicken in the chicken alfredo as well as the chicken in the chicken and shrimp dish we had was dry. The sauces, which were really good by the way, made the chicken palatable.
So disappointed in our experience here… our server was way more interested in talking to her friends at the bar then paying attention to her other tables at all… we asked for salt and pepper about 4 times, my husband didn’t get his side he ordered with his meal. When we asked about it we were told it was the kitchens fault. Just not a great experience for $70 ?
Great food, great prices, excellent customer service. Love this place and I highly recommend it for the entire family and best for if you guys want to impress your date.
