You have to order standing in the doorway via the app. Also cash only. The employees say if you order in the parking lot it's half price? What? No thanks.
Went at noon on a Saturday while running errands. Ordered KFC chicken - nope "out of white meat". Ordered fish in chips instead. Get to window only to find out no fish either..... settled for a chicken sandwich.... asked to pull around and wait, and wait, and wait. Tried going inside to cancel order and ask refund - doors are locked, Called for another 15 minutes straight - no answer, Wife suggested we drive off and write off the $20 spent..... Never again.
Worst experience ever. I came here for mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese because I just got toothed pulled. I went into lobby and was told after standing there for 5 mins and listening to them talk about how nobody showed up for work. I was told that lobby is for pickup only that I have to go through drive-thru. So I did, and I pulled up to the speaker and am told exact cash or card. Okay, so I ordered a large mash large Mac and said that's it for first order. Then, I was told I am only allowed one order through the drive-thru and that I would have to drive back around for my coworker to order his food. So I said no lobby service, exact change or card and now I have to drive around twice and not only did the male employee on drive thru say something smart but the female manager also jumped on saying "yup that's right and if you don't like it you can drive off". The most rude and inconvenient disrespectful customer service I have ever received. I will NEVER return to this location EVER again.
18 minutes waiting in the parking lot for 1 burger. Terrible
This place is awful. Rude employees. I ordered an ice tea and cheeseburger and fries. I took one drink of the ice tea and spit it out. It was bizarre tasting, combination of too much sugar and very old tea. I have been sick from the rest of the meal all evening. Never again. Gross.
19 minute wait for a $9 order. 4 other cars came after me and were given their food first. NEEEEEEEEEVER COMING HERE EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN
Worst experience ever. The employees are short and rude with customers. Last time I came here there was a coin in my mug. This time their lobby is closed and they refuse to do multiple orders per car. Upon pulling up the woman at the window completely ignored us and didn't say a word the entire time we were sitting there. We asked for no ice in one of our drinks and they put extra. We called to talk to someone and they just let the phone ring.I am so glad to see that customer service is a high priority here. And upon looking at the reviews I can see we aren't the only ones. No wonder their parking lot is empty while Chick-fil-A has cars into the street.
Ordered a hot fudge sundae and a strawberry milkshake. Was told they don’t have hot fudge, only chocolate. Ok that’s fine. Paid with cash, they don’t have change because the register is broken. Was handed the sundae with no lid because they “just ran out. Is that ok?” I guess. I don’t have any other option at this point. “Milkshake” was half nasty ice chunks. Inedible. Any one of these issues is not a deal breaker on its own. But add it all together and the experience wasn’t great. Will go elsewhere next time.
