Good choice in wings with some nice flavors too, some are a bit salty for me but still worthwhile stop!

Friendly Service, Clean place, good location, good food! For some reason, all the wing stops always seem to be a little slow on their orders. SO, we just order online and show up 10 minutes after the suggested wait time.
Awful experience. Walked in to a staff member on their phone who never looked up to acknowledge us. Finally someone came to take our order which seemed like a huge inconvenience for him. After he took our order he disappeared to the back again. Meanwhile the other staff member proceeded to play on their phone and eat their snack before preparing the food we had ordered. I will never give my business to this place again.
This is the second time that they missed my stuff no Cokes no Ranch on the third time they will be missing the wings….. definitely last time ordering from Wingstop poor customer service
Tried to place an online order on Monday 4/25/22, received my confirmation email so I headed to the store to pickup my order. Only to find that there was only one employee inside playing with toys instead of working or bothering to let me or the 5 other people waiting outside that they wouldn't be open today.
I am a DoorDash driver and every time I accept an order here I am ignored by employees unless I choose to shove my phone in their face to get their attention. Today alone I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and it’s after the pick up time. They haven’t even started my order and no one is in the restaurant and I’m the only to go order they have. It’s disappointing that I have this experience here all the time and will check this restaurant on my “Don’t accept list.”
Their new thighs are awesome. So much flavor and crunch. The wings are always great but the reason that this is 4 stars is because the fries were a thicker cut than usual and not crispy even when selected “extra crispy” on the order.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Rude, and totally unhelpful. Will never try waiting 20 extra minutes to get my food, especially if unwilling to be nice about things! Get better
