I went through the drive thru and I ordered a few things spent $31 and some change. I get home and look in the bags. I’m missing a single , large fry and my wife got hers, she takes a bite of her single and there’s a piece of hair in it. So I forgot to mention that I called the manager Vicki and told her what I was missing. She said come back and I’ll give you a combo meal. So I waste gas driving back over there. Go inside and ask for my money back. I tell her it’s always something wrong every time I come here. Anyway she gives me half my money back. When they inconvenienced me and my wife. This is a horrible restaurant bad management cold food. To boot the manager said she made the burgers go figure.

This place was ridiculous! Waited more than 30 in the drive through line and then they didn’t give us a part of our order. The sandwiches ordered plain, were not plain. And we needed to get somewhere so couldn’t go back.
I drove here late at night and ordered both a spicy crispy chicken and grilled sandwich. That was good but they were out of orange juice and several other flavors for the Powerade. The positive is that they got the order all correct
Issue with part of an order missing, they fixed it but seems to be common here and it's frustrating. We stop here once every couple months when heading to the cemetery and every single time there is an issue with something missing from the order. Otherwise food is hot.
Contrary to a previous review I had left for this location, this time was a really good experience. Since I had trouble with the drive thru last time, I decided to go in this time and very glad I did. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and gave great customer service. Food was hot and delicious (I got the $5 biggie bag with the double cheeseburger). Really good experience.
Come here all the time. About 30% of the time I don’t get a straw. Hopefully I catch it before I’m gone. Today I really enjoyed eating my dry salad since they failed to put the dressing in the bag. I’m checking everything now.

Bad, every time I go the dinner is closed. Bad drive thru service, they always miss something. I've tried to avoid it this last time , but next time I will not stop and eat there. Not a Karen but I seem to have bad luck there every time I go.. other Wendy's I've never have any bad experiences. Only at this location.
Good food for fast food and a friendly staff.
The worst burger in ages. The buns were stale, the burger was slightly warm not hot. The hot and crispy fries were cold and limp. I think it sat under a heat lamp for a while certainly not freshly cooked very sad I mean my dogs ate it because they eat anything. I do do recommend eating at Wendy’s on 6th ave in Broomfield. So very disappointed
