The veggie Stromboli was cold, and all dough in the middle. Absolutely horrible. WTH!?
This is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm on my break friendly staff, good food and I love the spinach stromboli and the spinach and diced tomato ?! I always have a pleasant experience here and the employee I always get to order with is "Mitch", a friendly, nice and polite employee who gets my order right Everytime! I definitely recommend this place for everyone to try! It's Italian fast food done right ?
Unbelievably overpriced. I ordered 12 wings and a salad. My bill was just over $30.00!!! Couldn't believe the price when the guy looked me in the eye with a straight face and told me this. The salad was so overdressed I had to toss it. Do not recommend this place.
Perhaps unfairly dinging it for the food court vibe, the stromboli was decent and the sweet wings were very good. Fast, cheap
I honestly wish I could give 0 stars but the cashier was incredibly rude, all I needed was a large Diet Pepsi and she scoffed and said I’m the rudest voice possible “fine” don’t recommend going here unless you want to talk to the rudest people you’ve ever met.
Pizza is greasy & floppy? Anyhow the wings are WORSE! I Had the Thai sweet chili wings & they look good at first because they look freshly made…. WRONG! They microwave them once you want some & they come out slimey, chewy & just plain Disgusting! I threw my lunch away in disgust & disappointment…This place is the worst restaurant in the flatirons mall food court without a doubt!!! ??☹️
Staff is incredibly rude! We order a meal, they took one order and walked away... my husband and son were also here to order. She began taking the next families order then kept jumping back and forth. Took over 10 minutes to get 2 Stromboli and salads handed to us. The cup we were given was literally falling apart at the base and she wouldn't even give us eye contact let alone speak. I dont expect table side 5 star service but at least communicate with one another and the customers. As a mall employee I will be steering everyone away from here until the staff improves!
Just went here today, staff was incredibly rude. Me and my wife were patiently waiting and for some reason the server skipped us and started helping the people behind us. After politely asking the server if we could take our order, he does my wife’s order then walks away without taking mine. The food was decent i’ll give you that but it doesn’t makeup for the awful staff. This whole experience made me angry (i’m rarely ever angry), but thankfully my wife loosened me up when we got home.
Had lunch here today. The spinach and cheese stromboli was yummy and filling. Staff was nice and service was quick. Will return again.
Went to the mall today and swung by the food court and to my surprise this place was closed!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. One of the best places to get a calzone or Stromboli. Closed? What a disappointment. I know covid made things difficult but how are you going to have everything there except employees to run it. Closed....?
