Worst Taco Bell in northern Denver area. Closed at 5PM on a Sunday with no sign at drive thru speaker to say so. Last time I was actually able to order food, they messed up recipes and it was horrible. It didn't even resemble Taco Bell food.

I give Taco Bell a 2 not because of the food or customer service but because they are so short staffed. I don't know why if it's the franchise owner or nobody wants to work. I'm sure if they pay better or train properly it would make some difference. So sad. ? Taco Bell has always been the go to place for lunch or late night.? ? ? ?

This is not "fast" food. They had their lobby closed with absolutely no notice on the front door and then took like 20 minutes in the drive through. Pretty much all taco Bell's seem to be this bad in recent years, though, seriously, just get something else.

Closed on Thursday at 12:30pm. All while the entire crew is hanging out in the lobby. A 13 year old could run a franchise better than any Taco Bell within 20 miles.

I drive for UberEats part time, sometimes I come across unprofessional staff in the restaurant industry, and today I would say tops it all as of yet. The staff claimed to be understaffed so they closed up shop early at 7:30pm. They accepted and indicated to my client that their order was being prepared and was ready for pickup. I have worked for Taco Bell (Yum Brands) before, so I know it's not impossible to make food on the fly. I arrived at 7:38pm, I was told that since I didn't arrive before 7:30pm they could no longer prepare the food for the order I was picking up. There has got to be more communication, the lack of communication and unprofessionalism isn't an excuse to be indecent and rude to the customers of the establishment.

Super frustrating. I placed an order ahead of time on the app to pick up in store and when I got there, the doors were locked. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes and finally someone came to unlock the doors and they said the store is closed and my order wouldn’t be ready for at least an hour and I would have to come back later, which I can’t do. There were no signs anywhere indicating the store was closed, the drive-thru line was unbelievably long, and no matter how many times I tried to call the store to cancel the order, no one would actually answer the phone, and there is no way to contact customer service directly either, it just lets you submit a contact form through the app and nothing else. So I may have just paid for a meal that I can never even receive. I understand places are short staffed and need to adjust hours accordingly, but if that is needed, they need to at least make people aware of it instead of letting them spend money on nothing and sit in the parking lot waiting on no one.

After waiting behind 2 other cars I get up to the order window and notice a sign they’re closing at 8:30 tonight. No problem it’s 4:30. After some time someone comes out and says they don’t have a manager do they’re closed. So I pull ahead and the guy in front of me is still waiting at the window. In a moment he gives up and leaves.

Hours posted on the door say open at 8am, so I sat in the drive through for a couple of minutes, but nobody talked to me. Maybe no morning crew either?

Great experience. I just hit the drive through, but let me tell you, compared to every other taco bell in the surrounding area, this place is the best. The line was very short, and quick. Also our order was hot and correct. Thanks track bell. Finally a good experience at my favorite fast food.

THIS is the best taco bell location I have been to in about 2 years. I would rather take the extra 10 minute drive here than the one closest to my apartment or work. I am in and out of the drive thru so fast and they are ACTUALLY open for breakfast!! I love this location. very friendly and actually care about their job. THANK YOU♥️♥️♥️
