Order #906523. Ordered 6:24. Left Drive through 6:54. Ordered ahead online. Chose the pick up inside option. Parked in mobile parking. Website said I could pick up inside until 6:45. Waited for 10 mins watching the order tracking, then just decided to wait inside so I didn’t miss the cutoff. No big deal. All the doors were locked, the person inside just waved me away. A girl came outside the side door a few mins later after I stood there trying to find the number to call inside, wasn’t rude, but informed me I had to go through the drive through (which now was an incredibly long line) and wait for my food that was now showing ready and already paid for. I’m a patient person, so I waited. It took me 40 mins to get my already paid for, ready food. I’m a vegetarian and don’t like refried beans, so my go to is Taco Bell for the black beans. I get back to my hotel, everything is made with retired beans, even though the receipt clearly shows I ordered black bean vegetarian options through the app. No communication about not being able to pick up my order inside, and potentially being uninformed about being out of the black beans needed to make 3 out of the 5 items on my order. An hour wasted on mostly food I couldn’t eat. The absolute most terrible Taco Bell experience I have ever had. On top of that, none of the info needed to fill out the tell the bell survey. Found another way to leave a reviews on the website, filled it all out, and then it wouldn’t let me submit it. Yikes, Taco Bell.
Ordered and paid through the app at 7pm on a weekday, pulled up and it was closed. Online and on the door said open until 8pm. Workers were still inside but doors were locked and drive thru was blocked. This isn’t the first time this location has been closed when the hours on the door say it’s open. I was really excited when this TB opened by me and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Need to figure out how to get my refund now.
This location gets my order right about 2 out of 3 times (really good for a taco bell). Also, the dining area is permanently closed, presumably because the owners won't hire enough staff
Waited 12 minutes for 3 burritos, seemed like I(and others) were served when drive thru had no cars. So if a car went in line, we were bumped behind the car. Definitely it was due to lack of staff. Maybe in the far future I will pop in again and do a rating adjustment but until then my advice is just to go thru the drive.
Painfully slow drive-thru!!! Uggghhh!!! When I finally got to the window, there were 3 employees just standing there looking at each other and talking and laughing. The boy who took my payment and handed me my food was sure chatting it up and having a ball with his coworkers, but apparently couldn’t be bothered to say two words to me or even give a smile or a thank you. They did get my order correct though. I was kinda shocked! The taco shells seemed pretty stale though.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in like 20 years. People who work there act entitled and bobbleheaded. They put a sign on the speaker that said “no cards, only cash” then repeated that when they spoke up. So why put the sign there, after we’re already locked into the drive thru, instead of further back so I didn’t have to wait just to get out? It literally takes an ounce of common sense to know that, so I’m sure they do it spitefully, the girl chuckled when I asked why she didn’t put the sign back further. Wild.
This place needs closed down still not sure how they can stay open financially when there never open. They close early like 7PM and even then you better be there an hour before because they put cones in the drive thru. They are always out of ingredients and the employees are rude. Then they have the audacity to charge you more to substitute for the ingredients they didn’t have.
All of their signs display that they open at 10. I have shown up at 10:15, 11, and 12. Still closed. They display the lobby is open. It is closed. Can’t even rate their food. It’s literally always closed
All their prices on the board read $9.99 so you don't know actually how much anything costs. They have terrible hours, think more boutique store than Taco Bell. The door is locked half the time even when they are open.
Yeah I’m sorry, I’ve worked in fast food and I’ve worked plenty of other jobs. Enough to understand that businesses aren’t perfect. That being said I have ordered 4 supreme crunchy tacos, or attempted too, 3 maybe 4 times now? I have been over charged, given the wrong food items, and questioned abruptly when simply telling the employee my order was wrong. It’s 4 tacos. FOUR TACOS. It is not hard. People pay money for the food service. It’s not like it’s free. Employees just need to do their jobs and all would be good lol. But they don’t. Hence 1 star.
