Had one crunchy taco supreme and it was so stuffed with lettuce and tomatoes that one bite half of the stuff fell out in on my shirt and I had greasy taco meat stains on my shirt. Ordered a small Pepsi and now they are so small that I could barely get it back out of my cup holder. The young lady who waited on me at the drive-thru window was very nice
I had a great drive thru experience with Lorera (according to receipt). She was so friendly and sweet and made sure all of my order was in my bag before handing it to me. It was so refreshing to see a friendly face after a hard day at work. I wish I lived closer to this location!
Well, I can not complain of the food.but I will complain where order boards are placed. There should be 2 or 3 order boards where people like me have no idea what to order. But one menu board blocked by trees does not work for anyone.to much pressure on indivual ordering since it takes time to read the board. Also post your hours of operation.there were 10 cars behind us waiting to order but it was closed. Wow sunday at 6:15 pm. Owner How much revenue are you losing? Than again no one wants to work there because attrition rates are high. Constantly changing staff comes off the bottom line.i would be surprised if I here any comment from the owner! Sell it owner looks like 2 star rating. I will not participate again.
The drive thru person was the WORST. She was very short with me while I was ordering and getting my order. Told me my food was go to be messy and the freeze machine was down. I said okay could I still have a Baja blast even though the freeze machine was down. It took a few times for her to listen and not interrupt me. Name was Stephanie according to receipt.
Drove up, parked, walked up to the front door, and was gestured away with a waving arm that indicated "Go away. Use the drive through." The woman didn't get up, say anything, or even smile. There was no posting at the door. I suggested to the employee at the drive-thru window that they put a notice on the door. She said sometimes it opens and I replied that tape makes the notice removable. When they gave me Baja Blast, I asked if it was zero sugar, and they said it was. I got back to the office and watched my blood sugar skyrocket. I am Type 1 Diabetic. Do NOT trust this location.
I got 3 veggie burritos and asked for no dairy products but added extra guac and black beans at the kiosk and paid at the counter with cash. I was not asked if I wanted a receipt nor was I given one and when I checked my food they had given me no extra guac which bothered me because that was an extra $1.20 with the 3 burritos I had gotten. When I went up to ask about it the steamer adopted an aggravated and confrontational tone and told me that I ordered no guac. I'm glad they gave me a side of guac afterward, but I am disappointed with the way I was interacted with after only asking a single question and this all could've been avoided if I had been given a receipt.
one star is generous. Is this store closing? the normal business hours aren't even being kept which is insane because this branch already closes super early. If the franchise owner doesn't want to own a taco bell, he should just shut the doors already and let the space be consumed by a business who wants to exist. Surely #tacobell realizes this store is a nightmare for its brand. The employees who can be bothered to show up, smoke, SMOKE while in the building? what even is that?! Additionally, no communication is given about when this building is closing so 7-8 cars were just out waiting during a most recent experience, including an @doordash delivery driver, and when an employee who was clearly trying to close the store was asked about the hours, or if food would be made, just said, "huh" and walked off! I don't have high expectations for most yumbrand franchises, but someone, anyone communicating about food not being served at all, during written open business hours, would be a massive improvement over this branches dumpster fire protocols as they are.
I don't know who owns this Taco Bell but whoever you keep hiring are the worst employees in the world. The past few years going to the establishment and it's never gotten better you have absolutely deplorable employees that don't care about customer service.Word to the wise go somewhere else this Taco Bell has progressively gotten progressively worse every year. Makes you wonder how clean their establishment is when their employees can't do basic functions.
Went through drive thru and didnt get full order. Went back leas than five minutes later to get rest of order and sat at drive thru again for 15 minets with no answer. Knocked at drive thru window and front dore with now response.
Spent $15 and they got my order wrong by forgetting 2 of my burritos I ordered. Wasn't worth the time or energy to drive back. Traditional fast food service is garbage these days. Take my $4 and hire some competent staff or more staff. Your location wasn't even busy.
