Several times I have gone to this Taco Bell (before closing) and they always have their drive through blocked off and closed for ordering. When you try to go inside, they say their machines aren't working. This Taco Bell is the absolute worse.

If I could rate this a negative star I would. The simple order I had was clearly too difficult for the employees here. My taco was smushed and soggy. Crunchwrap had nothing in it and looked like someone sat on it. Everything was disgusting and I paid 22 dollars for what? Lol Taco Bell is overpriced and this location in particular just happens to be disgusting too. I called the location and they hung up on me. That’s who’s making your food, they probably spit in it. Everett you’re really unprofessional having crazy outbursts in the drive thru window. Seek help bud ??
Taco Bell has definitely gone down in quality, and prices are way too high. The food is not good enough to cost so much. I think a regular taco is over $2 now, that's ridiculous! BOO TACO BELL, you used to be good.
This is hands down the worst Taco Bell location in the area. Closed at 3:30 on a Saturday because "We only have two people working." Drive thru is ALWAYS painfully sloooooooow. Food is inconsistent at best. Skip this location and head to the one over on 120th. It's marginally better.
Taco Bell is taking a serious nose dive in terms of customer satisfaction. They don't unlock their doors to let you in for orders no signage on the doors indicating that it's only drive-thru available they changed their hours from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. now and half the time they don't have product to fill my order. This used to be a decent Taco Bell but that is a thing of the past gone the way of the dodo bird
Pretty sure I got food poisoning right after eating here. This location is probably the worst franchise in the State, and I travel all over. It's honestly my fault for trying to give this site multiple chances, but virtually everything is terrible here.1) their supply is limited2) their employees, god rest their souls, seem to be hired based on if they can breathe and stand up straight, the minimum requirements3) they seem incredibly understaffed, taking huge swaths of time off actually keeping the place opened and staffed. I sat in a drive thru where apparently no one was there until 7pm.4) the food they do try selling is stale, old, and suspiciously not cooked well. Probably why I got sick after eating it. I got the crunchwraps and they felt like I was biting into a kitchen sponge left to dry.5) for the same price you'd waste here you could literally feed a family at any other restaurant near them for better deals.The pros: I literally came here just to get a baja blast slushie I was just going to spike, and was foolish enough to buy actual "food" here.I partially blame myself for wasting money here because this has consistently been the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of coming to. I dont want to blame the very few workers that show up because I'm sure they're severely underpaid and what they do get doesnt fully cover the meth they rely on, but I think this place is suffering from a critical lack of actual leadership and management to properly staff and properly pay their employees. It seems to me like whoever is in charge should be fired, and if the only person in charge is the franchise owner, they should sell the place off and never enter the food industry again.I'm just blown away by how abysmally terrible this place is ran.
I ordered 2 cool ranch taco and got 2 flaming hot ones. I used to work at a taco bell. It's very easy to get a order right. I'm not happy with the food. Do a better job and double check the order. Also my boyfriend came home at 3am early from work cause of food poisoning ??????
This Taco Bell has robbed me of my money! I’ve had numerous orders with over 2+ items missing and with my most recent order, I took an entire bite of ONLY sour cream in my Doritos Locos taco. It is so sad and pitiful that management fails to train and enforce quality standards in their food, employees, and have no pride in being a Taco Bell chain. And judging by the number of 1 star reviews, this location is better off closed indefinitely since it’s an embarrassment that I lose my appetite every time I give this franchise my business. This will be my very last visit to this Taco Bell as they are consistently disappointing.
Work in the area and this seemed like a good go to. I was very wrong. Went there the first time. And like anybody ordered too much food for my own good. Got my order and it seemed to have been a Mashup of my order and some one else's. Put it off to a new person working or just a bad mix up that had no explanation. Gave them a second try. And again it looked like someone was drunk putting my order together. Best example of that I have is I got the cheese but no chips. Taco bell employees get it together bro.
The staff at this taco bell is lethargic. I'd have food in my hand faster if I found investors to build my own taco bell. So slow
