I usually visit this one before heading out for the day. Most of the time they are good, but recently they have been having issues getting my order correct. I am lactose intolerant with a slight allergy to diary. The past 3 times I've visited, they didn't sub the diary out of my drink like I asked. I've had a swollen throat that lasts all day because of this. What makes it more annoying is that they charge extra to sub Almond milk.
I'm not one to leave reviews for a Starbucks, but this is a great location in particular. Great ambience and really nice staff. If you're working out of this Starbucks for a while, they'll bring you water and ensure you stay hydrated (in addition to doing their service with a friendly smile). Folks here are really nice and they deserve a good review at the very least. Thank you for what you all are doing - working your best in close quarters (during the pandemic) to serve coffee to this community and keeping it energized!
1/8/2022 Waited 10 minutes in the drive through line. Got to the order box and was asked what I wanted. I placed my order, waited and was then told they were closed! I looked at the clock and it was 2:01. I was told they close at 2. I understand they have to stop taking orders at some point but this was really poor management. They should have closed off or blocked the drive through lane ahead of their closing time. Unfortunately, there was still a line of cars behind me waiting as well. Of course I then had to wait another 5 minutes for the cars in front of me to move forward before I could exit. I won’t go there again.
Slowest drive through of any Starbucks I've ever been to. My last, and final, visit was a 20 min wait.
I like this Starbucks. The staff is really nice. Clean inside as far as I can see. Two things that dropped my review to 3 stars; soap in the bathroom was empty (ugh) and the drive through takes longer than most. I'm sure pick up orders contribute to the longer wait in the drive through.
I don’t know what it is about this particular Starbucks but each time we go our drinks do not taste good at all today we got ice tea that was old and we can’t get a hold of a manager, we have tried to call several times and it just rings. When we order mobile app and when we pick it up the order is missing several items.. The store needs some serious change.
I visit this location daily, and this location is consistently getting worse. Drive thru waits are getting longer, Quality is getting worse, they are randomly closing early do to staffing issues, and they are consistently out of items.
I go here about 4 times a week. Usually twice a week my breakfast sandwiches are still frozen on the inside. I also always get an iced chai and half the time it’s just cold milk. I barely taste any chai and the color is almost white. I always try to convince myself it’ll get better but it’s constantly disappointing and I don’t have time to go back through the line. At least their staff is friendly.
I love this location. The staff is fabulous!Shout out to an amazing barista, Michael. You always make my day with your positive vibe.
Usually is a great spot but today I got my usual and it was so disappointing. I’ve been having a rough week and this just made me feel worse.
