Over 10 minutes to pick up 1 drink order placed on the app. Had to press the red button to get for them to finally bring it out and seemed bothered i was teaching out. Didn't even apologize for the wait. I What do you expect when bunch of young kids with no customer service skills are running the place. It's bad when you take yourself off incognito mode to place this review. ?

Went there for shakes, they told us too many people had ordered ice cream and they weren't going to make any more..

As almost every other reviewer is saying, the nighttime “supervisor” decided to close at 8pm on Sunday when the location is supposed to be open till 9pm. I placed an online order before 8pm which he refused to honor even after I had been politely waiting for 20 minutes. I pressed the button and spoke with him, he refused to make my order OR issue me a refund. All he said was “we’re supposed to be open until 9pm but it’s father’s day and I want to go home.” Then the twerp hung up on me. Well, I didn’t ask you if you wanted to go home early, and now you’ve stolen actual money from me in addition to wasting my lunch hour. There were 4 workers inside messing around doing nothing. They turned away 6-7 customers in the 20 minutes I was there. This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund and compensation for this obscenely rude behavior.

Eh, nothing special. Food tasted over cooked and super greasy. Menu seems to be alot less then it use to be.

Showed up at 8:30 PM on a Friday night looking forward to having an ice cream with my husband, only to be told in a rude tone that they are cleaning the ice cream machine for the night and cannot make anything. We think whatever we’ll try another location only to be told the exact same thing. Why would they post the hours for 9 PM only to close 30 minutes earlier? I get they are trying to get out as soon as possible but seriously where is the management? This isn’t acceptable customer service, especially for a place that is well known for their ice cream. We have never had a bad experience at our Sonic’s in Texas. Won’t be returning to any Colorado Sonic’s if this is how they are run.

They really need to get it together at this Sonic. Well, all Sonics. I understand this chain is run by hormonal teenagers who tend to lack a strong ethic but can you at least just stay open kinda close to your hours? You will not drive by a Sonic in Colorado that has its outer lights on past 7pm. Won't happen. I picture them all huddled inside holding their breath just waiting for 720 to close early. Playing dead. You can't leave people sitting in your drive through for 10 minutes while you are pretending you know how to count change, and then tell them you are not taking any more orders for the night...3 nights a week. Way before closing. It happens all the time! I'm sorry that we, as parents and role models let you down kids because it's not just a few of you. Take pride in your job. No matter where it is. I promise you you will feel better about all the hard work you thought about doing if you actually do it. Sonic is lucky I am addicted to their ice.

This sonic closes down and stops taking orders when people are still in line and states that they are open until 9 PM but they actually close around 8:30 PM the hours should state that they close at 8:30 so the employees can get out at 9PM rather than state that the hours of operation are till 9 PM. Poor customer service. If you want to speak with the manager, supposedly his name is John. He encourages this behavior/practice and basically says that he’s sorry that’s just the way it is.

For the second time, a specific night shift supervisor closed the store over an hour early while accepting online orders. This is fraud. Ask for a refund? All he says is sorry. Unacceptable customer service.

Usually pretty good. On Saturday we only ordered 3 drinks from the app and it took us 10 minutes to get them. That kinda sucked but all other times I've been, food has been good and service has been fast.

Great for a traveling tech, I usually get a soda and a route 44 ice water because it's just the cost of the cup for the water
