Ick, filthy dirty and we stood at the register waiting to order while the guy that eventually took our order was just standing there ignoring the counter and talking with another staff member. How long did we stand there waiting, well we were first in line and by the time he started taking our order the line was to the door. Fountain drink area was sticky and there were three lids left, 1 after my wife and I put lids on our drinks. Tables were all filthy and we went in and grabbed a bunch of napkins so we could wipe down a table ourselves. Not a "thank you" to be uttered by any of the employees. I got the impression that they felt they were doing us a favor and didn't appreciate our patronage at all. One star because the sandwich was good but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I recently stumbled upon the Snarfs in Westminster and was a fan that the ham and American tasted like Big Dogs. So when I was on the other side of town in Broomfield I decided to get the same sandwich 3 days later.$40 for sandwiches for a family of three is no joke and $80 to spend on Snarfs in one week is a lot, but the sandwich I had from the Westminster location left me wanting more. The gentleman who took our order in the purple hoodie stepped to the line to make sandwiches and dropped the seasoning bottle on the floor, picked it up, and replaced it back on the line. I thought that was gross. He should have washed the exterior of the bottle and then his hands before replacing it. I justified it in my mind like if I were to drop something on the floor in my own kitchen how I would handle it, but this is a corporate place. The sandwiches were also sub par compared to the ones from Westminster. I wasn't going to voice my opinion toy boyfriend, but midway through the sandwich boyfriend said it wasn't as good as the ones we had the other day. I got an end piece of bread for the 7" and it made it seem more janky. I think the ends are traditionally cut off. The h was shredded up as well instead of being layed on the sandwich flat.. maybe they can do a joint team training with the Westminster location because I went back to that location again today and it is really as good as the first time.

It's the former Big Dog Deli location. Good sammies. Not fast...I order ahead and pick up typically. Their app stopped working for ordering the other day...not awesome but orders can still call an order in.

It was alright but I did not care for it. I think maybe alot of people hyped it up and it tasted just like a regular sandwich. Sorry if I disappointed but that's only my opinion. Try it for yourself. You might like it. ?

Best place to get sandwich’s. Have had food here several times and never a complaint.

Nice staff but very unhygienic- unsanitary girl working behind the counter. She touched cash, put it in the tip jar. To make things worse, she scratched her head, and used her wrist area to wipe her nose. She continued to make online orders without washing her hand or changing her gloves. This is absolutely not ok. Please re train your employees in basic common sense. We do not recommend this location.

Great sandwiches but waiting over 30 minutes for an order even at prime time is absolutely insane. I won’t be back - ended up asking for a refund after 30 minutes waiting and still more than 6 people ahead of me…. Terrible service for a 10 dollar sandwich

So disappointing ? I read reviews from a few months ago when this location opened stating that everyone was getting the wrong sandwiches. I was hoping because 5 months had passed that this wouldn’t be an issue, but I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and got some sort of mushroom veggie sandwich. Nothing sucks more than getting home and being excited for chicken salad and getting mushrooms lol. The soup tasted off too.I added a star to the one star review because the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the food didn’t make it worth it.

Really great toasted sandwiches, if I were to compare it’s like Quiznos a bit. They have tasty bread and good options for meats and combos. Staff is nice and fast service, the place is very clean too.

I've ordered three times from this location and they are just okay when it comes to customer service and getting your order right. The first time I did a walk in and the guy behind the register was rude as if I was inconveniencing him for being in the store. The second time they got our order wrong. The third time I did an online order and they use doordash as their delivery system which I wish I knew beforehand since I don't use doordash due to their lack of professionalism. The driver argued with me saying that I put in my address incorrectly when on my confirmation email said the correct one. I love Snarfs, but I think I'll stick with silvermines subs they are so much nicer and easier to work with.
