My husband went to get a slice of pizza and a beer - was told they were “out of pizza” (it’s a pizza restaurant!!!!) and they no longer have a liquor license. Ordered a dozen wings instead, which took almost an hour to cook and were disgusting. Extremely poor customer service by the one teenage kid that was working there. Awful - will never go back.

The most disappointing thing is that I'm really not a Karen, but when the staff clearly doesn't care then what else can you do?I put an online order at 2:30 in for 4:45 and was told when I arrived a few minutes early that it would be 20 minutes. When I said that my order was for 4:45, all the girl told me was "Sorry."Oh okay.I watched a few people walk in and promptly walk out their orders. Smh.When my order was "ready", I came back in to be able to see a few pizzas sitting out on the metal counter through the kitchen door windows...one was a thin crust burnt around the edge with nothing underneath. Bare on the counter. How clean is that? Am I a Karen for wanting hot food? Sanitary food? This staff could clearly care less. If I were the Rosati family, I'd be furious that my restaurants were being ran this way.

I do regret from ordering from this place even tho this bad reviews. But my experience with this place i made a order for delivery. A calzone and a drink and we were maybe 5 min drive.Made the call at 7:10 PM and was "told" it would be 50 mins max. Order did not come 20 mins until 9 PM. I am guessing there deciding to hold delivery's until closing and then deliver the food. Food was alright surprised it did not make my wife sick.So if you order if there are like a couple hours from closing, don't be surprised if you food comes a lot later then you hope for. So i would hold the tips.

Our pizza was sloppy! Too much sauce, too much cheese, and too many green peppers. It wasn't even cut all the way through. I grew up in Elmhurst Illinois, and ate Rosati's there. The preparation was lacking not the ingredients!

The deep dish was a lot thinner and sparse on the ingredients since the last time I was here.

Was a little worried ordering based on the overall 3.4 score but decided to give it a go for delivery. Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and a salad and they were both excellent and the delivery was literally right on time. We were really wanting a good salad and a solid pizza after a long day of skiing and this was IT! Will definitely be ordering here again.

This Rosati's is hit or miss. The front end staff are always great. Where I have issue is with having to deal with leaving feedback here versus a direct customer feedback option. Sure I could call and complain to the person that answers the phone, is that going to solve the problem, probably not. The problem I've noticed with this location is consistency in baking the pies and calzones long enough. Two of my last three orders were under baked. The outside crust is barely golden and the inside is raw. I only hope that they get it together, the Louisville location is twice the distance from my house.

The people at Rosati's were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our first pizza, a Monster Pizza. The flavor and crust were excellent.

Originally from Chicago area.. Fresher ingredients versus giordanos, also now in our area. Sause tasted fresher with chunks of tomato. Good deep dish from Colorado.

This is the worst location ever its full of kids with no work ethic at all. I littery placed an order at 8 pm online yes I did get to location at 8 58. Took a picture to time date stamp the whole experience. It was 858 when I returned to car from checking the door. My $41 only item oder of pizza (just one pizza) was still not prepared. But the first thing they did was extract the funds but not return any if them. I spoke to the new manager at the Louisville location very helpful and had great customer service. I live within 3/4 of a mile from the 136th location. But they have always failed me over the 3 years and from closing and opening. I now will drive the extra miles to go to Louisville location. Customer service is key. 136th location need a whole new everything.
