The food is inventive and delicious. Nice quiet atmosphere. Dishes take a bit to prepare but the servers are very friendly.
Our first time here and was looking forward to an eclectic menu and music. Unfortunately, it fell flat in terms of food quality, entertainment (no music on Saturday night) and value. Unlikely to return as have other favorites in the area.

We were in Broomfield for a reunion and were looking for a fun place to eat before the official festivities kicked off. We sat outside--what a beautiful venue! All the food was delicious; we especially loved the Brussels sprouts, but everything was fantastic. The staff was attentive. Even though our server told us it was only his second day, he was knowledgeable about the menu and did a great job. Chef came out to chat with us, which was a nice treat. Definitely this is a place we will go back to whenever we are in the area.
We LOVED our experience at Roots! I’m vegan my husband is not and both of us loved our meal, with a few small plates we shared! The music the night we went was fantastic! We will be back for sure!
