I go to Red Robin for the consistency of knowing they’ll have a burger I enjoy. This location didn’t disappoint. Great service and the food was exactly how I expected.

Red Robin never disappoints. This time I did not have a burger because trying to cut down on meat. I did the simply grilled chicken sandwich and it was amazing and juicy! I ordered steamed broccoli with my sandwich but others got the fries so enough to sneak a taste. Of course the endless fries are always wonderful with their spice salt and ask for Ranch dressing! Forgot to take pictures!!
The wait staff was great but the food was not. I would give the staff 5 stars, like thy were on top of the drinks like none other. The food was disappointing though and would be on the 1 to 2 star range. Like we paid extra for the garlic fries, but all of the oil and garlic was on the bottom and there was very little cheese. I'm not sure what method they were using to dress the fries, but there was no even coating on them which is expected when you tell someone that something is flavored, it better be flavored. The chick strips were plain with no seasoning in the batter. It was just like the chicken you can get at the store and heat in the oven. I know the staff only have so much control over the food since it's a chain, but thefood needs a lot of help.
Upscale food in modern setting; Red Robin is one of my favorite places to eat. The food list is extensive and the staff is well-trained and helpful when needing advice on what to pair with your meal. All of the side dishes are authentic. Wonderful restaurant.
We were seated by the manager as he stayed in he had pink hair on top of his head, we asked to place a drink order right away as he sat us at our table he notified us that he was the manager and that he would not be able to do that he would have a waiter or waitress come to our table, we then ordered our meal which taste like it was out of the microwave we were only given portions of our meals throughout the process of eating it seems that they had a hard time getting our fall order complete all at once, everything came to the table cold Even sent back one of the burgers because it smelled like it was sour, A Couple hours after getting home, we were all throwing up. I do not recommend this place to take their mother to for their birthday knowing that my mom was deathly ill all night long. Shame on this restaurant and the management. The managers professionalism from the get-go was a very unprofessional encounter as well as disrespectful. He should not be a manager at this site we will never go back and we will never recommend it in fact we tell everyone about our experience that we can tend sure this will never happen again.
This place is a great environment! Family oriented, very welcoming and clean. Host and service/ servers are very personable. We had taken some family out after church this Easter Sunday and had a very great and enjoyable experience. Will be coming back!
Perhaps my memory has deceived me, but I remember Red Robin being at least half way decent. There was a time that I genuinely enjoyed the food and it’s quality. That is no longer the case. We spent over $50 on a meal that was comparable to Carls Jr. The burgers were wet, floppy, and slimy. You might think of the bottomless fries as a saving grace; however, we were never offered more. Save your money and digestive tract, folks.
The fish and chips are a favorite of mine and I love the dill tartar sauce. Hubby tried a brisket smokehouse burger and he loved it. Wait staff was very helpful.
