Shrimp was half the size of the normal ones we get and fries that came with Neal were kids meal size. Sandwich we ordered was spicy they gave non spicy. Forget our drinks had to remind 2x to get them. Asked for ketchup 3x to get it. she told me total at window which seemed different than what I saw on drive thu screen (higher by a few cents). So I gave the exact amount she asked for and she came back and gave me a penny and said I gave her 1 cent too much than needed. What? Then acted like going to give it to me and pulled it back and put it in her drawer. Didn’t provide a receipt. Think the employee was high out of her mind. Others there didn’t seem to care. Looks like horrible environment, possible some shady or illegal stuff happening or maybe just complete incompetence. This was all through the drive thru. I won’t be coming back. All the reviews here are accurate based on my experience.

Just ordered the $10 half chicken and half seafood box on the mobile app….They gave 9 pieces of wings, two thighs, and one drum stick. No sides, No Seafood, and No biscuit. Definitely not happy with a box full of chicken. This wasn’t my order. No one told me at the speaker box or window that they didn’t have my order. Instead just filled a box with chicken and thought that was the best action to take. Already reposted this in an email. Poor service. Just let someone know all you have is chicken. I’ll go next door to Taco Bell. That’s all save a person a hassle from doing this. Let them know. Thanks

The only consistency here is failure. Forgot the cocktail sauce, we asked them for some, they showed us hot and sweet sauce. Nope not those. After about a minute of confusion, they eventually found the cocktail sauce. Keeping in mind, this comes with all the shrimp. So every person who orders shrimp here doesnt get sauce. After driving away, oh, they forgot the 5 dollar red beans and rice. Oh, look, they also forgot the drinks. Failure.

The rest of the one star reviews are sadly 100% correct. AVOID going here at all costs!My workplace put in an order over an hour in advance, yet nobody at Popeyes had bothered to prepare our order. So when it came time to pickup nothing was ready.After waiting for the food, it was short SEVERAL items. We named and asked for the missing pieces, but the staff kept forgetting things.Even worse upon arriving back it is discovered we were still shorted sauces and beignets.Finally it’s worth noting that the food did not taste fresh, mine at least was room temperature, and was clearly not cooked fresh, despite us literally waiting for it to be prepared.

Not so great as other locations. First off, the server was rude. I ordered a bucket of chicken, and she assumed I ordered a meal. I told her I just wanted the chicken, and she started showing some attitude. Second, I asked for the hot flavor. She confirmed it and still gave me the regular flavor. No big deal. When I got home and tried one piece. The batter was greasy, and one piece of breast tasted like old meat. To be honest, I had eaten something in the morning, but after consuming that piece of chicken, I started to feel sick and had stomach flu symptoms throughout the night. Popeyes have been good, but definitely I will not come back to this location.

By far the worst Popeyes I have been to and I’ve been to some pretty bad Popeyes.. Do you know and understand the least bit of customer service.. clearly not.. long waits for food, out of this side out of that side.. you have your employees socializing issuing the n word while handing out food.. just rude and very very unprofessional. If this a franchise your license needs to be pulled. I will NEVER give another cent to this place nor will I ever recommend it either.

Best Popeye's I've visited. Good and fast customer service. Very impressed with the food quality. I highly recommend this location.

I told the lady I was tasting every fast food spicy chicken sandwich and she seemed nonplused.

1. I felt hurried. They don’t have patience and rolled their eyes when I was deciding on what to get.2. Very rude replies as if I was annoying them with questions.3. Finally I said just give me a full refund and told The Who I think was the manager to up their service and she snapped back at me.So I decided to record her and she called the cops on me. Wasted my time and the cops time.This location should be closed. They have consistently been horrible with customers.

Unprofessional.... I've gone in multiple times with the same service provided to me. I went through drive thru the other day. After I paid, the lady said for me to wait up front and they'd bring me my food. After waiting for 50 minutes, I went in only to see some employees sitting in the dining area. There was plenty of chicken sitting under the vent. The gentlemen waiting for his food had just walked in and had just put in his order. I stood in the front for almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The lady handed the guy his food and finally asked how she can help me. This guy walked in an hour after myself and already got his food. I was upset. I told her that I had been waiting for my food and she asked me what I ordered. I gave her my order and she packed it up within 3 minutes. More customers had trickled in after we did saying they had waited almost 45 minutes as well. I just nodded my head in disappointment and told them that the food was ready but apparently you have to come in and get it cause they won't bring it out as promised.PS: Walmart is right next door. It would be faster and cheaper to buy the chicken and cook it yourself. What a disgrace to Louisiana.
