We love papa johns. We have given this location at LEAST 6 chances. Every single time it has taken at LEAST 70 minutes for us to receive our order, and when we do get it, it is room temperature at best. We are done ordering from this location, absolutely unacceptable.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any pizza place. My order was over 30 minutes late, it was cold and the manager laughed at me and refused to provide any kind of customer service. I will never eat here ever again. I had to contact corporate just to get my money back. Don't waste your time here. They don't want your business.
Terrible experience from beginning to end... Took nearly 20 min to order online, quoted approx 35 min to pickup order, then another 20 min after I arrived.I selected the carryout special and built my pizza, added it to cart but it was deleted since the location I selected doesn't participate in this promotion (would've been nice to know that before building my pizza). Had to start over, selected a different special on their website and same thing happened. Very frustrating. Finally ordered two pizzas for pickup, only to find out the wait time would be 35 min. I never would have placed the order if this info would have been given before putting it together or even before paying. After arriving I attempted to pay but the employee up front had his hands full with pizza dough. So I asked if he thought my pizzas would be ready in 15 more min and he LAUGHED IN MY FACE. REALLY?! I should have just went somewhere else at that point but I didn't. Came back 20 min later, paid for the pizzas and went home. Disappointed even more with the amount of toppings on both pizzas. One pizza should have been light sauce with extra cheese and double pepperoni but you could see the extra sauce with a little cheese on top and a few pepperoni's tossed on. The second pizza looked even worse.Won't be back to this location, and most likely, won't be ordering from any Papa John's location anytime in the foreseeable future.
If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating. And judging from the other reviews, my problem seems to be the norm for this location. Never received my pizza.... Was treated like a peasant when I complained. Will NEVER order from here again nor will I recommend it to any one either.
If I could give negative stars I would. The experience I had at this location tonight was terrible. I walked in to pick up my to go order with everybody standing around with their hands in their pockets. I proceeded to say nothing because I was rudely interrupted by the guy saying my name. I said yes and proceeded to grab my food. I went home and opened my box of cheese pizza, yes it was cheese, not a supreme or something that takes effort to make. A cheese pizza. Anyways, I open the box and it looks like it’s cut by a four year old! No joke! Legit looks worse than like a pizza you would get from Chuck E. Cheese’s. On top of that the sauce that I ordered was not included. But the sauce that they decided to give me, exploded on the pizza. I then called the store to receive a refund, and the manager I was talking to apparently says he didn’t work there and sounded like he didn’t care. He said he couldn’t find my order and then found it after minutes of waiting. I guess this is why papa johns is dying huh? Never really went here before anyways. Definitely not going back. Worst experience I’ve had ever with a pizza joint. A reminder that this was for a large cheese pizza. Sorry that was so hard. On a positive note the jalapeño popper things were pretty good.
After waiting for my pizza for almost two hours. I called the store asking the status on my pizza (30 minutes in prepared status and another 30 in on the way status). I asked for a refund for the order, since my pizza was prepared for an entire hour and still had not been delivered. Instead of just refunding the order she canceled my entire order so I have been waiting for food for almost two hours minutes for no reason, I could have just bought food from any other food service. I will never buy pizza from papa johns again after the service I was provided today.
We were told that our delivery would take 75 minutes. After waiting for two hours, we called and they said they had no record of our order, even though payment had been deducted from our bank account. We looked outside our front door and found that the pizza boxes had been dropped off on the front porch and left in the SNOW!!! Our Ring doorbell confirmed that the pizza was delivered 90 minutes after ordering and the delivery person did not attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. The order also was not complete. When I called, after finding the order in the snow, the person who answered the phone said they would give us a refund, but they didn't. She also said her manager would call my husband the next day, but he didn't.
I ordered a pizza 35 minutes ago and they said it’d be another 15-20 minutes. When I got there they hadn’t even started it - the receipt was just hanging out by the printer. Girl was rude and just said it’ll be longer. Not apologetic or wanting to make the situation better. On top of that in between moving the dough she was texting on her dirty phone and then set her phone on the flour area where they press the dough out. I can guarantee that phone is ripe with germs - so disgusting. Rude, unsanitary, and took 3x as long as they quoted.
Absolutely horrible! We ordered here at the end of December and it took almost 2 hours to get our pizza. I had to call and then send my husband to pick it up because he said he had no drivers and was doing it through Doordash. We got a free coupon in the mail as an apology so we decided to get it again. We ordered at 4:46 and estimated delivery was 26 to 36 minutes. it is now 6:07 with no pizza. After checking the tracking website and it saying delivered I called the location. After getting hung up on and having to call a second time she said I'll call the driver and see. Instead of putting me on hold she hung up. Guess we will continue to wait! Now it's been another 30 minutes and it's 6:34. I just called again and the girl laughed at me and said they're was miss communication and they are not sure what happened but can remake it at no additional charge. Um no refund my money now. Will not be ordering again. Plenty of other pizza places around.
This used to be a very consistent location, but now I will not order here again. The owner/manager needs to make changes. If you order delivery you will not get your order. This is the 2nd occurrence over a 3 month period.
