Worse customer service I have ever had in my life. We were there for an hour and never got our food. We asked for a manager 2 times before one came out to speak to me. Manager was Ashley and when I explained that I had to leave and wanted to pay for our drinks because I had to be somewhere for my sons dance recital she simply walked off and got the waiter. 5 minutes later I was charges full price for a meal my family and I never received. They stole $72.49 from my family. When I called to speak to a General Manager good Ole Ashley told me there wasn't one available until Wednesday (This took place on a Friday) she was very rude and said I would have had my food in 10 minutes if I had not left. Keep in mind I told her and our horrible waiter Brian3 times that we had somewhere we had to be and could not wait. She then told me to look on the website for a phone number to the corporate office when I asked for the number. When I told her it was the worse customer service I ever had experienced she hing up on me. These people should jot work in the service industry.

Just one word- sooo yummy!! Ok, that's 2... lol!! Seriously though, perfect for dates of any kind!! Can't wait to go back!! ❤ ps. Picture of their amazing Italian nachos!! ?

We sat in the bar and waited About 15 minutes. No waitress and the bartender was washing dishes. So E woman in a white shirt was walking back and forth but not taking care of anyone. When we asked they said only 2 people here. Then she started washing dishes. What happen here no greeter no service. Nothing. We left.

Hostess took about 5 minutes to notice our family were waiting to be seated. We sat outside, and waited another 15 for a server to come by. Once she did, it was clear that she was sick. The other staff and manager brought our food, as well as get us the things we needed because the server kept disappearing. Another family was seated behind us, and after 20 min of no body stopp8ng by the table they left. The server came out and blamed them for seating themselves.. but we informed him that they were seated- menus still on the table. Food was terrible and it was the epitome of bad service.

Whatever old Chicago once was it is all gone now. Got served “pretzel” bread sticks with cold cheese we had to ask to get heated up and an over cooked pizza with horrible service with a waitress that was MIA the whole time. Tried take out from here a few months ago and just as bad.

Do NOT go here until they fix whatever is going on. I love Old Chicago, but something is horribly wrong at this location. I know we are all dealing with short staffing, but if you have to close and regroup… you must. There is no quality control on what they are sending home on pick up orders. We ordered $100 in food. We had four salads and one of them was 1/4 serving of what the salad should be. It was as if someone grabbed half handful of old brown bagged salad and threw it in a container, and then forgot the salad dressing. The cookie that came in the taproom pack was burned and a chunk was missing, understandably the result of loading it from the skillet to box, but still… it is not supposed to be this dark brown. The young boys trying to hold down the host stand were doing the best they could, however it just seems like they are inexperienced? It is just a mess in there. No one cares about quality, obviously. There is no management of what the kitchen is sending through on these orders. I want to support them, but something it is not okay. To spend this much and not get what you order, is so sad. Let’s figure this out guys. Regroup. Don’t go down like this.

I paid almost $50 to have this show up at my door. The fact that this even left the restaurant with anyone on the staff thinking it was an acceptable pizza says it all. Management like this should not be rewarded with business. One picture shows what it’s supposed to look like and the other is what showed up.

This is probably the worst restaurant i have ever been to. Our food was taking over an hour to come out and when i tried talking to the manager, she was so rude and unhelpful. We had to walk out and didn’t even get our food after being in there for an hour. I’m so upset by this whole experience and would 100% recommend not even trying to eat here if you want to have a nice experience.

What happened to the yummy crust?!!!The thick hand tossed crust looks different. Hard and not as tasty. And the edges are different!I picked up a large doubleronnie pizza on 120th and Sheridan in Broomfield Co and was very disappointed!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! From the time we got put on the waiting list until we received our food was 2 hours. When we did receive our food it was cold and over seasoned. No drink refills were offered. I also had to walk over and get our silverware myself. Other customers were also receiving horrible service and some walked out. We were trying to be patient so we waited. I even had to ask our server to wait on an elderly couple that had been waiting almost as long as us. I spoke the manager. He looked tired and flustered. No offers to right this wrong were made in any way.It only took the server a matter of minutes to get us our bill tho. We are an interracial couple and our server asked us "separate bills" that is highly insulting amongst other things. If we wanted that...we would have asked for that. This was the worst dining experience in the 50 years I've been on this earth!!!!! The server stormed off when she realized she didnt receive a tip.
