I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at this Noodles location! They were so helpful and accommodating when I made a mistake on my order. Thank you to these great employees!
I have tried to give this location so so so many chances but they messed up my companies order FOUR times in a row. Missing items, wrong items, special requests completely ignored. I just can’t anymore. I have yet to have one good experience unless i order ONE thing and check it before I leave. It’s just ridiculous at this point. I get that stuff happens but not that many times in a row and certainly not to numerous items in the order. I will say they are a nice group of people but so much money and food was wasted at this location because of carelessness.
Good pasta dishes. Nice variety.
Limp, wet noodles. Barely any flavor in the pad Thai. Potstickers were barely warm, let alone crispy. Will not go back.
Food was cold and management was never seen to help they never have anything or they run out !! Don’t go there ….
Waited 10+ mins being only the second in line then told that I can't order because there manager said to stop taking orders to help improve their times idk care if the food takes 10+ mins to make but not taking my order is just straight insulting.
First visit to this location. Staff were awesome and super friendly to my 7 y/odaughter, who felt very grown up being able to order all by herself. Mac and cheese was a win in her book. There's good covid accommodations in place, other than a line to order and pick up there's not much else going on. Reasonably fast service for reduced staff. Check it out!
Waited a little longer than I anticipated, but that's okay because the food was worth the wait! This noodles and co's food quality is a lot better than the one in Boulder. I did go at a busier time it seemed (around 8 pm) so that's probably my fault that I had to wait. Very friendly staff. The man at the register was very polite and helpful.
Today was my first time at this location. I was was waiting for my oder to be ready outside of the store when i noticed a employee wearing dirty clothes, it might sound bad but he look like a homeless. He look like he hasnt taken a shower in months. I cant imagen him prepping my food. The crews presentation also matters, its not just about hospitality and food its also about how the crew looks. I wouldnt go back to this location because if they dont care about the crews hygiene i cant imagen the rest.
