Only place open within 10 miles at 10pm. Kept the line moving. Kid taking orders was super efficient and quite the radio announcer voice!!

This McDonald's was awesome. I did a mobile order of 200 nuggets and when I walked in they hadn't seen the mobile order bit they came through quick and me and the kids decided to eat there. They brought the nuggets out as they were done and gave us a ton of sauces. Would eat there again and that is unusual considering i don't eat at McDonald's often.
My Big Mac had no lettuce and onions whatsoever. I realized that when I came home after 20 minutes of driving. When I came back, the employee and the manager were very polite and professional, and fixed my issue. Everyone makes mistakes, but the main thing is how people deal with it. Thank you for the great attitude!
One of the best McDonald's I've been too in a long time. Staff are friendly. Inside is clean.
As we placed our order, the gentleman keep cutting me off right before I stopped talking with, "anything else?" He called a quarter pounder a "Krabby Patty." Then, he started moaning when he talked. For example, he said "your total is [MOAN]." I left. I did not feel safe and felt very concerned as to what they were doing with the food. I will never return. As I was leaving, he was hanging out of the window, presumably recording me (his phone was out).
Fast and efficient. No one was overly-friendly, but they weren't unfriendly. The greeting at the drive thru was "What would you like?" But it wasn't unfriendly. It was crazy-busy and was definitely the fastest I've seen a McDonald's drive thru since pre-covid.
NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS MCD. Came at 7am the other day and asked the drivethru lady if they still sold the sausage egg mcgriddle.They sold me a PLAIN mcgriddle. Went inside and the hispanic MANAGER lady HAD THE AUDACITY to say i ordered it wrong and told me to leave. I ordered a Sausage EGG mcgriddle. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.If you come in the afternoon all the teens look STONED. especially the blonde teenager in drivethru. BUT AT LEAST THEY GET THE ORDER RIGHT. I wont be going back no more.

Heard the young lady in the kitchen making fun of my order. Then they proceeded to get it wrong. Both managers were up front and very polite, and corrected the messed up order. I didnt feel i needed to make an issue about the girl while i was in the store. Hopefully she was just new.
Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 chocolate shakes they kept saying there was only one. I asked for a chocolate shake to be at least mixed because the one they tried to give us looked like there was only chocolate at the top. Didn't want to argue just asked for a refund because they would rather chat and hang out then actually work. Awful.
