We have been coming to Arista Coffee & Deli for the last two years to enjoy their unique ice cream; however, due to our unfortunate experience today during the Broomfield Beer Festival, we will not return. We paid an exorbitant $5 for a pathetic single scoop and, in my partner’s case, a HALF scoop of ice cream. When we raised this matter with the employees, we received nothing but condescension as they told us “they don’t control the prices”. While that may be true, they certainly control the portions of the ice cream they scoop. I sincerely hope that “Matt”, who I can only presume is the owner, knows that his employees will drop his name accompanied with passive aggressive ‘finger guns’ as justification for their poor portioning of ice cream his customers pay for. We are disheartened to see that Arista Coffee & Deli chose today, a hot day guaranteed to bring in countless new and returning customers, to provide poor service and poor products.
Very fatty ice cream. Like eating a stick of butter, fat was accumulating on my spoon and the roof of my mouth.
Super delicious ice cream! Excellent flavors (award winning even) and they are unique! The texture is super creamy. Overall a fantastic spot!

Ice cream here is delicious but the staff member (young woman) seemed inconvenienced by our refusal of the peanut butter milk shake they gave us as we ordered mint chocolate chip and she didn't believe us. We have a peanut allergy and would never order peanut butter so she must have misheard our order.
Great ice cream! The blueberry pancake flavor is definitely interesting and great! Texture was good too!
I had hoped to see more flavors on display when stopping in (only 12 flavors and 2 were nearly out)I went with two others and we each sampled a flavor but nothing beat the cookie dough.The cookie dough ice cream was the best I've had. I also had a strawberry and that was just a typical strawberry ice cream.
Really good! We got a large bowl and definitely would recommend a medium unless you are feeling pretty hungry. Service was amazing and I got the Cookie Dough! You can also try their flavors.
