Literally go anywhere else, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to boba shops. At $6 a cup, the oolong milk tea with boba , which is the most basic milk tea order, was miraculously bland and did not taste like oolong tea, and was not sweet at all. They barely put any boba in and it basically handed me a cup of milk and ice. Won’t even finish the drink and will never come back.
I stopped by the Master Tea off of 120th and their customer service was bad.. I was in the area for this location and decided to give it a shot and same thing! The gentleman at the other location looked like he hated his job, when he handed our drinks "here," and turned away and went to the back, didn't even get a thank your have a nice day. And same thing at this location. The teenage girl last night was rude!! I've worked in many fast food industry as a manager and this is the customer service I would never have! I will probably stick to my usual Spill the Tea when I want Boba.
It's Boba. Can't go to wrong! Mine was good and staff was friendly.

Boba done right
I typically don’t get boba from here because the first time I went, it tasted awful, the boba was made wrong and was hard to chew, and the tea was extremely strong and nearly unbearable. The first time also ruined my stomach and I’ve never had that type of experience with boba, and I’ve been to many shops! Even made some myself.My friend (still appreciated) bought some for me and I was missing boba so much I decided to give it a try again with a different type. Once again, it tastes awful, bad boba, and it is making me feel physically sick once again. This is my last time getting anything from this location. Never again.I don’t even leave reviews but I was driven so much by this boba to leave one. Terrible.
