So this location is really good and has friendly service. The reason for the 3 stars is just for the actual food. The pizzas are fine, but lack any real flavor. Pretty bland. Good for kids and parties, but not something I'd actually seek out to eat. Price is very competitive too, with good deals especially when ordering through the app.
I ordered my pizzas at 6:15 PM online they didn’t come out until 7:10 PM when I showed up at 6:55 I was told three minutes they were waiting on one pizza after 15 minutes I had to go inquire I ordered an ever most Bestos sausage which is supposed to be extra sausage half the pizza didn’t have sausage and wasn’t even all the way covered with cheese I also ordered a jalapeño pepperoni there wasn’t jalapeños on the whole pizza either when I inquired about the pizza after 15 minutes of waiting being told that it would only be 3 min one of the ladies upfront went back and told the manager Carmen that I had an attitude which I did not I was becoming impatient as I had a movie that we already ordered tickets for that we had to be at at 8 o’clock and I let her know that horrible customer service the two girls giggled as they talked about my order in the back I will not come back to this location and if you were wise you would probably pick a different one as well
Between 4-8 no hot and ready pizzas. 2 employees. One standing there doing nothing. Takes 30 seconds to press, sauce, and cheese a pizza to put it in the oven.Tells me nothing being made either. Your whole business model is not and ready cheese and pepperoni pizzas at dinner time. Super disappointing that I want offered to have a pizza ready in 10 min and I was out of luck to get food.I'll go to dominos from now on. Business lost.
Pizza was not HOT AND READY when I arrived. Had to wait until they cooked it. Clean. Nice employees. Why am I leaving a review.
Just got home after grabbing a Hot N' Ready. The crust is hard as a rock. It literally can't even be bit into it's so hard. The actual pizza is disgusting. I took a bite and it's like rubber. I get it's a cheap pizza, but seriously? I called three times and NOBODY answered the phone. About 5-minute intervals in-between calls. You weren't busy.What an absolute waste.
Never anything hot or ready.They are standing there texting while you're ordering. Wearing head phone and constantly have to be reminded what you're saying to them. Terrible location. Iv ordered here 3 times on different occasions and each time there is an issue. Save your time. This place is a trash can.
I mean common…. The staff was nice but to be honest this is a joke, greasiest pizza I’ve ever had in my life and looked like it was literally thrown in a box and they don’t care about the quality of their work. To many other good pizza places to ever go here again. ??

The customer service at this location is absolutely awful. Every time I go in I get a snotty women not even saying hi but simply asking "what I want"... then today was the worst by far when I proceeded to ask "do you have any pepperoni or cheese hot and ready?" Where she literally just looked at me and said "no". Then I proceeded to ask "okayyy... when would it be ready" for her to answer with an eyeroll and with such a nasty attitude say "idk like 10 min". This is literally the only pizza place like 10 min from my house by quite frankly I would rather make that drive from now on then have to deal with such rude employees all the time!!!!!
????❗❗❗❗❗Ordered pizza here for delivery, when the food arrived my pizzas were RAW!!! i called multiple times with no answer. I drove down there and got nothing but attitude and unprofessional service. No apology, no help making it right. Nothing except call door dash for a refund ??♀️ both managers Kim and Sierra are very foul and disrespectful. I definitely reached out to corporate and I will continue to untill I get an appropriate response. I will also be calling the health department. ?
