Slowest sandwich I've ever gotten from Jimmy John's. Workers were nice but the customer service wasn't that great

I think out of the four times I've tried to go to this location, only once were they actually open. Tried to go at 5pm on a Saturday and they were closed? Definitely need to update their hours.
Place needs to update hours of operation cause I wasted time driving here on a Sunday just to find out it's closed on Sundays. Poor management
I want to start by saying the two employees working the lunch rush are working their butts off and making sure everyone understands there will be a wait due to short staffing. They make the sandwiches very well and are very apologetic about the wait times. HOWEVER, upper management really needs to take a look into how short staffed this location is. Every time I make an online pickup order, my order is always 20-30 minutes passed the time it should be ready.If you’re having trouble with turnover and nobody wanting to work here, it’s really time to look at what you offer employees. Pay them a livable wage with decent benefits and you won’t be leaving these two hardworking employees to handle these rushes alone! Do better Jimmy Johns!
Resteraunt put our order on the back burner even though we ordered through the app. There were people who got there after we did and they got their food. we ended up having to leave without our food. Jimmy John's is usually fast but not this time. I can't figure out how to cancel our order.
Ordered a sandwich at 12:40. After an HOUR I was told it was “on its way”Kelly the “manager” was rude and hung up on me.Pick a different location
Great spot to catch lunch but NOT ON SUNDAYS. Y'all please update your Google hours?!
Store was clean, staff was friendly, order was accurate and fresh.
Jimmy John's has great food but this particular location has the rudest employee's I've ever encountered ! I will never return to this location even if there was a sign stating free sandwiches. I didn't purchase any food due to the attitude of 3 employees all of them had terrible customer service and appeared to hate their job !
Super chill and nice management! He also said they need more workers so apply!
