When they advertise freaky fast they're not kidding. Sandwiches are also very good. Have never been disappointed

My favorite JJ! They are always quick and friendly, and sandwiches are always fresh. We had a small mess up tonight with our delivery where they forgot my chips. However they brought the chips they forgot back to me and even gave me an extra bag. Thank you for being awesome!
Very slow, I was the only one in line inside, I waited 5 minutes just to order my number 1 sandwich. Then it took 6 minutes before I got it. They had 6 employees!! I thought they prided themselves on quick sandwiches.
I’m not really sure what to say about this place. I ordered food and it was all good but almost an hour went by and I did not receive it. I ordered at lunch time so I understand. I gave them a call to make sure everything was okay and the guy would not even let me speak. He said, “We are crazy slammed right now it will we there soon and hung up.” Panic had set in a JJ and I was not sure what to do! I looked online and it said my order was completed but I had no food. I called again and got a girl. She immediately said it will be there soon we are so busy and doing our best. Then almost hung up. I said wait wait wait my order is showing as completed, but it’s not. She asked for my order number and then said my order just left the store and will be there. The guy showed up and I saw him running top speed to get my order to me. Someone give these people some help! Lol. Poor JJ but the food was good and I think they made it!!!
First time at this location huge disappointment, literally 1 and a half slice of turkey in my sandwich. Over charged for a simple Turkey Tom.
Sharing a building with a gas station does not deter this business from providing quality service! While looking for a place to have lunch I tried this location one day and found this location to be swift and fully functional. I ordered ahead on their website and when I arrived my order was already waiting for me. My turn around time was less then 5 min. Since I had ample time remaining and since the weather was nice I had my lunch outside while watching the cars in the drive thru roll through like products in an assembly line, smooth and effortlessly. A quick and tasty lunch, what more could you ask for.
The Beach Club is supposed to be Turkey, Provolone, Avocado Spread, with trimmings. There was a little turkey, perhaps some provolone, and the trimmings; but there was NO avocado, sliced or spread. To forget one of only three main ingredients seems worse than shoddy. They didn't charge any less for it either. I ordered it as an "Unwich", I just didn't realize how "Un" it was gong to be.
Some real cool people work here. Too bad its next to the circle k though! They'd be even better without the gas stations bad vibes.
Just went to order 3 subs in the drive thru and the person that took my payment was nice, but then they had someone else hand me the order and instead of handing it to me they tossed it to me through the window and then walked off, no thank you, no anything and went to yell at his subordinates. My bad, you go handle the team and I'll practice catch for my next visit.
This location is fairly hit-or-miss. I've had a few times where the subs were delicious and made to order. And other times the bread was stale and brick hard. The staff here is usually awesome, but can seem short when business is stacked. Which I get. The service industry can be stressful, even on good days.Keep in mind that JJ's has a very small delivery area to keep the "freaky fast" reputation. So unless you live between 10th in Broomfield to 112th in Westminster, assume you're going to have to make the trip yourself.In all, I've been to this place a dozen times, only once did my sub have hardly anything in it. And a couple times they put pickles inside the sub when I asked for one on the side. Every time; they've been super nice about replacing the mistakes, though. If I had to pick between Jersey Mike's, Subway or here... I'd pick JJ's any day.
