Nice place. The service was perfect. Everyone was pleasant and happy to help.The menu will be on your phone. Scaning the barcode at the table will take you to their website.The combination plate was very good. The grilled chicken pho wasn't as good as we hoped. But, we will come back again and try something else.
I went to Jennie's Pho for my birthday dinner with my daughter. It was my first Pho experience and I am glad it was at Jennie's. The restaurant was moderately busy. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and on the ball. The food there was so good I went back for a repeat meal within a week of the first. The Vermicelli Combo plate with the traditional sauce was outstanding! They were so friendly that they remembered who I was a week later. I now have a favorite Pho restaurant... Jennie's Pho!
Rude Staff. MENU IS A LIE..NOT A FRENCH BAGUETTE!!! It's a grocery store hoagie roll!! I went in this store based on the grilled shrimp Banh Mí on their menu. I walked in and asked and the cashier said "let me check if we have shrimp" and I asked "you're out of shrimp" and he replied "yes". As I waited I heard another person had ordered shrimp..I asked why he told me they were out..he said they don't offer it..I showed him the menu (pictured)and he snapped at me, showed me where it can't actually be ordered despite being on their site. And walked away. As I left I said they need to fix their menu as I only came in because they offered that item..he again argued and said he'd update the website immediately..not ONCE did he offer to make it right. Accommodate my request. Nothing but attitude..WON'T BE BACK.

By far the worst pho place I have ever been in my life. Terrible people working there, have really bad attitudes. The food was disgusting! It must have changed up a bunch cause they used to get good reviews. DO NOT GO HERE ?? the pho smelt like dirty socks, and tasted even worse!
Flavorful Pho and quality meat! Coffee was amazing as well! Even got a hand written thank you note when we got delivery! 10/10!!
I've dined at Pho restaurants in a variety of cities and all around metro Denver, and Jennie Pho has fast become mine and my wife's favorite Pho destination. I know soup broth flavor can be subjective, but Jennie Pho's broth is our absolute favorite. The ingredients are fresh, and you definitely get your money's worth, especially with the spring rolls...they are huge. The staff has always made us feel welcome and ensured we were satisfied with our meal experience, even during their busy times when they are working hard to keep up with the line of customers. I was surprised to see the lower rated reviews out here. I suppose every restaurant has off days, but we've eaten at Jennie Pho six times now, and all six times have been excellent. If you had an unsatisfactory experience, I highly recommend giving them another chance.
Customer service was FANTASTIC!!!!! Good broth! Large portions with delicious chicken and shrimp. Haven't tried the steak yet, but I will soon!! My new favorite place for lunch. A+++
Jennie Pho has really good food and friendly staff but the wait is often 15-20 minutes even when ordering ahead the same amount of time. Dining in is quicker and has a casual feel to it! Nice for quick bites and and comfy evenings.
