This is the only location that is close to me! Like why can't there be more of these type of restaurants then Mcdonalds!! This location is clean, never busy when I go anyway, and the staff is super friendly. If you decide to get one of the brownies with your meal they are the best too! Highly recommend the Hell's Kitchen sandwich!

I ordered 15 executive box lunches for our inventory. Virtually all of the sandwiches were made wrong. Why would you put mustard on all of them? That wasn't requested, and mixing it with mayo? The cookies were raw in the middle and so hard everyone threw them away. I've never had so many complaints on food before. We won't be ordering here again.

I mean the sandwich was good, a lot of meat on it... It was just soo expensive I can't justify ever going back when I can get a bigger sandwich and better deal down the road @ snarfs where they toast with a toaster and don't heat the meat in a microwave: which I'm indifferent about but still. My honest opinion is: it was too expensive and that's why I don't want to go back. The sandwich wasn't that good for me to spend that kind of money. What I spent on a regular size sandwich, chips & drink I could have gone and had a sushi dinner or two sandwiches from somewhere else. There is nothing special about their menu; there is nothing special about their sandwiches, I don't understand why they're charging so much for it all. If they're using premium meats and breads, they should take a look at the market & the general population around them and adjust their pricings and supplies to meet the demand. I was shocked when I got to the register and they told me my total. They have good food but I'm just not willing to pay for it when I could go somewhere else and get just-as-good-of-food for cheaper.

The Hells Kitchen sandwich is fantastic! Steve the CEO of the company was making sandwiches today, great service, great place, impressive that the man who owns the place still builds a great sandwich.

The service was very friendly and the sandwiches and bread are fine because prices include your basic bag of lays and a great pickle. But, we won't be returning after we accidentally paid $4 dollars for two "chip upgrades" to our meal, which already came with one chip option in the price. The upgrade was the same sized small bag of sun-chips instead of lays. For the two $2 additional dollars per small bag we could have gone to the king soopers and bought a large bag and a coke. That is a bit ridiculous. We were also charged $3 to add meat to my turkey sandwich, which to be fair was an okay amount of meat but compared to other sandwich and sub places, it's not comparable in price to value. Which is a pity because it's nice to see the fresh fruit made smoothies and the more unique deli options like liverwurst and rye bread.. I bet they make good smoothies so maybe visit for the smoothies and pickles?

What a joke. This place says it's open at 10:30am. I have come multiple times now and it is not. I try to support local business but they make it hard. Go to deli zone across the street. They actually care about their customers. I get a free drink, cookie etc and they are fast and efficient. Don't skimp on meats like Heidi's. Good local business deserves support not Heidi's. Also Heidi's is overpriced. That been said before. Maybe they are a possible money laundering operation idk. I had seen the comment in the past and I'm starting to thinks it's true.

Fantastic sandwiches, loved them! The pricing could definitely be better though, especially if they are 7 inch sandwiches and not the large one. Pretty expensive place to eat.

Flavor of the Reuben was very good but the meat itself was very gray like it had been heated up incorrectly. Corned beef shouldn’t be gray. Hoping it was just a fluke.

They MICROWAVE THE MEAT!!!!! Turned perfectly good cuts of meat into RUBBER!! THIS IS NOT A NEW YORK DELI. IF you are starving and about to eat your own arm you might go here. But other wise I'd avoid this place.

I had a reubin; good flavor but the corn beef was fatty and stringy. I had the Reuben again and this time, the meat was juice and tender with a generous portion; however I think I could have bought half a cow for the price.
