The food here is wonderful! Serving sizes are perfect, presentation is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. One thing, there may be a bit of a wait (10-20 minutes), but it is well worth it. I will definitely be going agian.
The place is charming and had great reviews which drew me to it. Our waitress however was less than accommodating. I let her know about a severe soy allergy that I have and she proceeded to say “oh I don’t think anything we make has soy on it.” I asked her to check in the kitchen. She brought out my food without letting me know her findings about the ingredients. I followed up with her about the ingredients and she proceeded to claim nothing had soy in it. I consumed my meal only to start feeling terrible for the entire day and next day as well. I went to another Egg and I the next day and asked the same thing about the same meal. Turns out, they use soy oil for the eggs and it’s in the ranch potatoes as well. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of concern for food allergies by this location.

Always a Broomfield neighborhood favorite. We love the egg scramble dishes. The service is great and although the line may seem long, it moves quickly and usually you won't have to wait more than 15 minutes, even on a busy Saturday.
First time I went here the food was amazing. Went back a few weeks later and it was still good. Just not as good as the last time.
Everything about this place was great the people the place the food was outstanding. Best breakfast I have ever had anywhere. It's worth the trip.
Food is good. Wait staff is nice. Just unclear on a Sunday with 9 open tables why are we waiting 15 mins for tables. As well my name on wait list fir two, then a call a head steating call for two. when they arrive they are seated BEFORE me. Why they called after my name was down for same number of people. This is why rate three instead of higher.
I've always loved the egg and I. Simple but delicious and well prepared menu of breakfast and lunch fare. They seem to specialize in classics but always have some modern up to date items available. Attentive wait staff cozy and informal decor, rapid service. One of my favorites.
