Only did takeout here so far but we would like to return for explorations of the menu. They gluten free waffle with berries was very tasty. The corned beef hash was solid but nothing mind blowing, probably would not get it again. When I picked up it was Mother’s Day so there seemed to be a huge line for a table like many breakfast / brunch places in Colorado.
My New Favorite!! I've eaten here twice now and both times were wonderful. Inspiring menu with an additional changing seasonal menu, tons of unique choices. Great drinks options as well. If you're looking for a new place to make your favorite you found it!
This Meaty Skillet with Green Chili was insane! The best I've ever had. Just thinking about it makes me want to take the drive. Seriously check this restaurant out. EAT! Food & Drink
Great food, phenomenal service! We had a party of 7 for my sister's birthday this weekend and we all left happy and full. Would for sure recommend reservations, as they're very popular-- and for good reason, that menu is AMAZING. We had made a reservation, but another table would not leave and we had to wait quite a while. We had such a positive experience with all of the staff that it more than made up for it. Thank you to Brittany (manager), all the hosts and servers, and especially our server, Ricki (you're seriously the best!!). They were all accommodating, attentive, apologetic for our wait, and so kind and fun. You really made my sister's experience special, and we appreciate it so much!! Standout menu items to me included the huckleberry French toast and the spiked chai latte, although I really don't think you could go wrong with anything! We all enjoyed our various meals and drinks. This is definitely going to become one of our go-to brunch spots and I'll recommending to everyone!
Went for the first time after seeing good reviews. Super busy but it was a Saturday so not surprised. Sat at a table with a friend near the patio door. They have some covered heated seating so the traffic though there gave me a burst of cold but the place as warm enough that it was not bad. Good looking breakfast menu. The lunch menu was not as interesting but still looked good. I had the Waffles and Chicken. Good waffles with bacon and jalapeños. Three eggs cooked to order. Lightly breaded and fried chicken thigh. Also has hash browns. Tasted good. A bit pricey but given the quality it was no issue. The only thing was the noise level. Sure it isn’t a large seating area but it was so loud that for the first time, my Apple Watch even warned me of hearing damage. Maybe next time we need to come back when the weather is warm and sit on patio.
Was super excited to try this place after hearing about it and seeing photos from friends. Came in Monday early afternoon, wasn't too busy at all, I was sat right away. Server came by and took my drink order and dropped it off right away. Reason I'm giving it 1 star is because I sat down at 1:08pm, recieved my coffee right away but after that, that's when I continued to sit there not being acknowledged or getting my order taken. Saw several other tables that came a little after I did get their orders in. 1:25 rolled around and another server noticed me sitting there and informed my original server. Finally came by to take my order but I had lost my appetite. Paid for my coffee coffee left.. Super unfortunate because everyone was friendly, greeted me right away and seeing all the dishes that came out looked really good
We love Eat! Maria is amazing honestly the whole staff is. The energy here is so great and friendly and welcoming. We love the Bloody Mary selection and the food is always on point. The staff here is very team oriented and you can definitely tell by the level of service they deliver. Brunch at Eat! Is always on our weekend Itinerary. We will be back!!

The family and I found this place near the Walmart and I wouldn’t have missed it for the world! The breakfast menu, if it doesn’t tempt you- you are way too picky for me! (They even have ice cream with Belgian waffles and caramel with candied bacon and chocolate!) Irresistible to my grandchild! Plus they have a bar for lunch.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our breakfast here at ???! The servers were nice and friendly! The wait took over 20 minutes for our food to come out, but we kept ourselves occupied during the wait. The ????? ??? ?????? ????? ??????; we both tried out were strikingly delicious! Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my meal because the portion size was too big for me, but good food overall!
