Good job charleys you had a good thing going and then changed it,now your just an average sandwich shop might as well go to subway?? Basically over priced subway me and my family will not be back!

Within minutes of eating cheese steak sandwich I almost soiled my pants. Warning!... be near toilet.

I had a great experience overall, but the wait time for my food was a little longer, but there is nothing wrong with that because there already was a long line waiting there by the time I got there, and with the Covid pandemic bringing worker shortages to almost every place.

If you want the longest wait time in the food court, have them get your order wrong and get a greasy soggy mess, then Charleys is the place for you! Avoid at all costs everyone was on their phone, which is the reason everything was so bad…

The wait was incredibly long for a soggy cheesesteak with no fries even though I ordered them. The cashier was too busy texting at the register to accurately help the exponentially long line that only got longer. No napkins were available either which you need for greasy soggy cheesesteak they charge $11 for. I will not be returning, we have never had a good experience at this restaurant or the food court of the Flatirons Mall in general.

Absolutely horrible, I would give zero stars if possible. The cashier ‘Mia’ literally didn’t say a single word to me as I tried to complete my order. I wasn’t asked what toppings or condiments I wanted on my cheesesteak, resulting in it having everything on it. The sandwich had so much mayo on it, (which I would have ordered it without, had I been given the chance) that the bread was left soggy and flaccid. The cashier needs to be re-trained to know how to provide some semblance of customer service, or to at least show some form of acknowledgment to the customer. Truly, this was possibly the worst service I have ever received at any fast-casual restaurant.

Charles Philly has been my favorite ever since I was introduced to it. I am from Texas and I always get my philly from grapevine Texas location and never got disappointed, especially with the online order I always get my order right and the employees over there is very nice and courteous but today I am very disappointed with this location. I ordered online which was ck philly combo and missing fries. Good thing I checked near food court and found out that the fries were missing I immediately went back to tell them that the fries were missing, surprisingly there was no sorry or any apologies gesture instead the ladies were unknowingly talking with each other. Literally no sorry at all. What type of a customer service is this? Like total lack of proper management and 0 customer service. All I expect was an apology after messing up with my order?? All of the staff lack total mannerism!

Not sure if they were flies or some sort of ticks in my sandwich box but I did not finish the sandwich. Will never return to this location. Thankfully I didn't get sick later on.

The food was too damn good like no cap! ???

The portions are smaller than Subway. The people were nice though.
