I ordered for a pick up. When I went there the customer service was terrible. I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes with out a single staff acknowledging I was there. One gentleman came out the back area stood in front of the counter and stared at me, when I said "hello" he ignored me and went back in the back. I know people complain about the serving size compared to price in other reviews which is true. You can get just a healthy larger pizza for the family for the same price at local owned pizzerias. California price, for a chewy flavorless micro pizza. Pass this place by and support local restraunts. 2 star pizza but minus a star for terrible customer service.
I've been coming to California Pizza Kitchen since I was literally a child, and to this location me and my brother have come to a few times. we grew up in PA. Above all I've loved the food here for a long time but tonight's experience wasn't so good. I'm vegetarian and got a bucket load of chicken on a salad, everything that was supposed to be warm was cold, then the salad wasn't chilled at all plus had some real bad looking greens in there. Also compared to the lunch prices everything was so damn expensive $70.00 between two people for a subpar meal is not ideal for a recent college grad. Hopefully this can be resolved.
Came with my Nana and girlfriend, the place was half full and the host heavily implied we go somewhere else due to "potential wait time" just doesn't seem like they wanted us there. Awkward to feel unwelcome while eating.The waiter was super nice though, plus the food came out way quicker than expected. Perhaps the issue was just the host.
Poor Service, we just went in it wasn’t busy so we were seated right away. We were never greeted by a waiter/waitress but other guests that were seated after us were greeted right away and brought water. We waited for 15 minutes and ended up walking out. It’s extremely unfortunate because I know the food is great but the service is definitely lacking.
I actually didn't have the pizza. I had one of their bowls and was pleasantlysurprised how delicious it was. The vinaigrette was perfectly balanced with all the tasty veggies. Grilled chicken was a bonus. It was a big bowl, but I ate the whole thing.
Went here yesterday our waiter didn’t care about us never came to check on us and he had other waiters taking care of us and when we asked for our check he got it we gave him our card and he had it for over 20 minutes and we asked him if we can have our card and we tried to get his attention each time but it’s like if we were being ignored I usually don’t like being a Karen but it was frustrating having a waiter that didn’t care we usually tip more than 20%percent everywhere we eat we know how hard it is being In the restaurant business but other than that food was good as always.
We had a very disappointing experience in terms of service. Went for lunch and it wasn't too crowded so we got a table right away. Ordered drinks but the waiter forgot all about them and we had to wait till main course to realize that and remind him. Instead of apologizing he flat out lied that they were waiting for glasses. He could have informed us during the long wait. We weren't served bread but others were. We asked about it and were told that bread is served if we ask for it. Plus he said there wasn't any when he clearly served others without them ordering complimentary bread. Otherwise the food was tasty and that's what the 3 stars are for. We're very upset over the open discrimination but know to expect it in CO.
Went in for lunch. I needed something to eat but nothing so filling. I ordered the soup and salad. No Pizza. Perfect amount of food. The Pea and Barley Soup was so comforting. Paired well with the cold, snow day. My server brought me a side of sourdough bread to go with my combo. Good service!

Absolutely fantastic.Some people who review this place are the most entitled selfish people I’ve ever seen during my visit today one so happens to be sitting at the table next to us. The woman yelled at the manager for 15 minutes while he kept his composure like an absolute champ While also assisting other coustomers. The men and women of this establishment are focused on coustomer service even in times of harsh ignorance from the public. My food was great the service was fantastic and what was a hard day for me became better because of the kindness of these employees. Thank you California pizza kitchen
