No sauce after I asked for extraAnd they forgot my onion rings that i DEFINITELY paid for. I showed them the receipt at they claimed they gave them to me but I did not have them.
Went through drive, waited 10 minutes for food and didn't receive half of the items, plus they messed up one of the burgers that i did receive. Didn't notice till i got home. Tried calling and no one answered.Went back and they fixed the order but rude about it.Will not go to this location again.
Great quality service and staff everytime I go they get my order wrong but I received good customer service by an employee name Ariel he looks on top of everything with the restaurant definitely come more often in the afternoon when he's there
Not even worth the one star. The food isn't worth the new prices. Employees couldn't cook a burger to save there life. 16$ for 2 frozen whoppers, nope never again. This longtime customer is done.
First breakfast experience was excellent, I figured that I found a great place for breakfast so I decided to drive from Boulder to this location for another visit. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches and I got two sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches handed to me instead in a bag with a smirk. No third chance sorry, stay away from this location. I wondered why there were no customers here.
You already know what you're getting when you order Burger King. This is more a warning for this location specifically: dont go in to order. If there is anyone at the drive thru, they will not take your order at all. We waited around 15 minutes to place or order and I almost asked the guy behind me if we just wanted to jump in his car and order at the window.
I've gone here at least 10 times since living in the area for the past year. Not once have I gotten my order 100% correct. Be prepared to check your bag every time because something will for sure be forgotten.
So.. I use a coupon for BISCUITS and they don't have any so instead of telling me that I have to get croissants they just give them to me and I don't like the croissants so then I come back and I'm like these are supposed to be biscuits and she's like you didn't say you want a biscuits and literally stands and argues with me for like 10 minutes and then tells me to take 30 minutes to get a manager or 20 minutes to make biscuits and which would I like to wait for... I mean what happened to the customer always being right? Who stands there and argues with the customer I literally had to pull out my coupon and show her the coupon that said biscuits.. wow. And then she just said it's not her fault the computer must have changed it. But meanwhile they're out of biscuits this whole time anyway.. your computer conveniently knew that you ran out of biscuits and changed all the biscuits to croissants.
After the remodel, the building looks great! However, the staff at this location are still lackluster at best. Definitely expect a wait, even during non-busy times and be prepared to review your received items and ask for any corrections. The drive-through at this location is pretty bad too, creates a bit of a grid-lock. Wish there was a better Burger King to visit close, but this is what we're stuck with.
