All the comments about rude staff are partially true. But it's 1 person, as others pointed out. The girl with the orange and black hair. Wasn't rude to me but rude to the coworkers. Talked over them told them they were wrong about stuff. I asked the cashier a question and was listening to the answer when the loud girl stepped in and talked over her. I feel bad for her coworkers. Wonder how many stay. Food is great, thus 4 stars.

Overall positive experience. In a cool area of Broomfield with some good walking options around. Only got a very simple order (bagel and coffee) and I came away feeling satisfied. I wouldn’t say anything particularly stood out about the place but it got the job done well.

We have been coming to Arista Coffee & Deli for the last two years to enjoy their unique ice cream; however, due to our unfortunate experience today during the Broomfield Beer Festival, we will not return. We paid an exorbitant $5 for a pathetic single scoop and, in my partner’s case, a HALF scoop of ice cream. When we raised this matter with the employees, we received nothing but condescension as they told us “they don’t control the prices”. While that may be true, they certainly control the portions of the ice cream they scoop. I sincerely hope that “Matt”, who I can only presume is the owner, knows that his employees will drop his name accompanied with passive aggressive ‘finger guns’ as justification for their poor portioning of ice cream his customers pay for.We are disheartened to see that Arista Coffee & Deli chose today, a hot day guaranteed to bring in countless new and returning customers, to provide poor service and poor products.

Decent coffee but wow is the girl with the orange/black hair + tattoo sleeve on her left arm is incredibly rude and unprofessional.Instead of greeting someone, she just asked what they wanted and then insulted them when they didn’t give her a tip.News flash. Customers that are treated well leave better tips.

This place is awesome! Amazing drinks, Acai Bowls and Sandwiches! Kirby works her butt off and does an incredible job! One of my new favorite spots

One of the best places to eat in all of Denver. Great and friendly staff, affordable prices, clean bathrooms, and pretty big helpings. Go to this place on your commute.

Really yummy turkey club sandwich. Few comfy chairs and 2 outdoor tables. They have ice cream and coffee as well.

I stoped in yesterday afternoon to grab a coffee and a bagel and was met with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were thee people behind the counter all on their phone. The one who was taking my order asked me to stop in the middle of it so she could answer her phone. She then told me she was trying to get concert tickets. When I got my food my bagel was extremely burnt and my coffee was never made. I had to ask for my coffee three times before on of the employees bothered to get off their phones. The employees were clearly more focused on getting their concert tickets than actually doing their jobs.

Great coffee, food and service. I’ve been coming here in the mornings for coffee on the weekends. Today I was in the area and really needed lunch. I stopped in and got the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich. And I was blown away. Fresh crusty bread, thick cut turkey, and crispy bacon. Not to mention fast and friendly service.

their açaí bowls are okay. i came here a few times and every time was met by extremely rude staff. the service here sucks, and they have rodents! my last visit there i saw a mice just running around, i quickly let the staff know and to my surprise they didn’t even apologize or try to make it right. they literally shrugged and said it’s rodent season. i felt very disgusted after having seen that and how many times before i’d continued to buy their food. staff is rude and they have rodents. i tried to capture the picture of the rodent but it ran away. you can kind of see in this picture.
