A new store with the typical wide selection of menu items - for a fast food place.
Got a wrap meal and a cheese and beef sandwich. Got the wrap and did not get the sandwich. Then Went back for the sandwich and they gave me it only to get back to work and see that they placed one piece of meet on a bun. Terrible service and the lady was terribly rude.
We had drive through at this Arby's the other day and thought the food was very good. Both the chicken nuggets and wings were fresh and hot. The line moved quickly and the people were courteous. We recommend and will return.
We love this location. The people who work here go above and beyond, they are so helpful and attentive. I always have a great experience in the drive-thru. I'm sure it's often not easy working in a pandemic at a fast food spot, but you would never know based on the energy and care the workers here exhibit.Thank you, Arby's on 116th and Wadsworth, you are so appreciated.
Everything was hot and fresh. I had a few coupons as well. Even though there was a longer line and the parking lot was full, it still didn't take much time to complete the stop.
Got attitude from the tenant that was here on Saturday night late took over 10 mins with 3 cars to get my food. I didn't mind the wait but the guy taking the orders needs to be fored.
The food for humans is consistent and I like it. They give my doggo a doggie biscuit so she approves too!

Good food options, but still training new staff so transactions take a little more time - especially when their own ads are involved.
Used some coupons that helped with the food budget. Love their Hero sandwich and French Dip. Roast beef sandwiches are so yummy always. Also their new Crinkle Fries are so delish!
