Very good pizza, especially the crust. Pretty close to NJ/NY style which is hard to find.
Great pizza however, super weird they close at 9pm on the weekends.
I used to go to the Abo's Pizza in Highlands Ranch almost every day back when I lived in that area. They were all attentive and coherent enough to sell pizza. I just went into Broomfield's location and regret doing so. The 40+ year old pothead that took my order, 1. Did not ring me up properly and had to tack on what he missed after billing me 2. Charged me for 4 slices when we only ordered and 3. Didn't hear my brother properly when he asked for 2 garlic knots and charged me for 2 orders. When I brought this up to one of the employees and asked for a to-go box for the EXCESS food, he looked apologetic and brought it up to the guy that took my order, I heard, "I think they'll figure it out." I couldn't make this up. Never going back there again. What a bad name these guys give to what I thought was a bomber chain.
Great place. My family and I go here quite a bit. Sometimes we dine but most of the time we take it home. Pizza's great and we like they're salads too.
Abo's is seriously amazing. Their pizza is so good! I literally hate eating pizza at friends houses because they don't have Abo's. It's not only their pizza that is the bomb, but also their customer service. I've seen people who complain about their customer service in reviews. I think they are fake reviews. I ordered on grubhub and grubhub didn't list the options for extra marinara for breadsticks OR banana peppers for the pizza. All I had to do was comment that there was no extra sauce option or banana pepper option on grubhub. They actually read my comments and delivered the pizza and bread sticks as expected. Not only that but the delivery driver actually apologized that they made a our pizza a little large and had to fold one edge in the pizza box. They literally gave us extra pizza and apologized for it. Not sure where any one has gotten bad customer service from abo's when they apologized for giving me extra food. I am certain if an order was wrong they would help find a reasonable solution.
I drove home 30 minutes away from here only to find my pizza has anchovies. We hate anchovies and would never order them. So I Called to tell the restaurant and all I was told was that that's the risk you take ordering myself online lol. All they did was place the blame on me and talk over me the whole time. Could have been computer error or my error, but the way they handled the situation and talked to their customer was ridiculous and we won't ever go back! What a terrible 1st experience!
Made a large order for same day pickup. Everything was made to order, hot and ready right on time. Friendly hard working staff. Pizza was very good, new York style pizza as advertised.
These guys are great. Faced the freezing cold and ice just to get my lil boy and I, a pizza. Not only did they answer the phone right away, it took them less than 30 mins to get here. Thanks, We will be back.
